Rayus Radiology continues to impress me with their patient care in the Fairfax Northern Virginia area Many sites to visit depending on where you are located in the DMV.

All about the money here. If you want to self pay but they have already “inquired” with your insurance and contracted rate is more than self pay they won’t give you the self pay rate. Hadn’t even come in for the appointment yet they would not let me choose not to use my insurance. In my case contracted rate was almost double the self pay rate. Insurance person agreed the policy doesn’t make sense and hurts the patient. Front desk person lacked basic phone skills ie personality and friendliness and could not provide an intelligent response to any questions. Will not be spending my money here.

Rayus radiology center was Insight Radiology before. The location is in the basement which has a private elevator for it. As for the experience I was impressed by the kindness and dedication of the staff here. They were very kind and respectful to everyone.Although they have slightly lower prices I found their services better than other radiology centers. The CT scan technician was patient and caring. They care about the health of the person rather than just doing the job.The only negative comment I might say and causing the one star deduction is the wait. The lady who made the appointment gave me the wrong time so I went early and was in the waiting room for 45min. Luckily they have coffee and tea for people who are waiting.I covered the features of the people in the CT scan room picture for privacy reasons but I wanted to show the size of the machine and the room.

This was my second time here after a great first experience. It’s stressful to have these tests performed and it was so delightful to have Sahil put my daughter at ease. He’s a true asset here. The whole practice is run efficiently and I would recommend anyone to choose this location.

Fantastic experience Mitra S. was absolutely phenomenal and made the process so easy. They go the extra step and even have Sirius xm to listen to instead of just ear plugs. 5 stars and great customer service. Thank you Mitra S.

Terrible experience.They completely overbook their schedules. First appt at 4 PM I show up 345 already 6 ppl in front of me. FINALLY Done at 645 lol.They call me back THAT the scan was not good. Can you come back? I was like ok everybody makes mistakes.I came back the next day I check in and then wait for 30 mins they then tell Me It will be another 45 mins I lost It and left.NEVER GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE

The techs are great awesome. Its like 2 different buildings. But the office staff thumbs down.Owner will only respond if its a good rating. F.U. Owner. This place belongs in the jail. Front desk clerks have no cpu skills no listening skills no communication skills no skills period. Led by a poofy haired black lady with an attitude to everybody not black anchored by a gay guy that that is trying to win the overly flamboyant award with every phone call.

This place deserves no stars if possible. Our first experience there the front desk assistant made a mistake running our insurance that cost us hundreds of dollars and she did little to help us or claim responsibility. The rest of the staff ignored the situation. Our second time there because everyone deserves a second chance right? my mother had scheduled an appointment over the phone. However when we arrived my mother waited 45 minutes until the same front desk assistant informed her that Insight Imaging does not offer the service she called for. Both experiences were awful the staff is unprofessional and do not do their job and it cost us valuable time and money with nothing in return. We will not be going there again.

From the moment I entered the door the front desk guy was not very friendly He made me feel unwelcomed. I forgot my doctor’s order to make my appointment so I went to get it and when I came back with it He told me why did you come back? Don’t you see I am busy? I am the only person workin right now. He was very rude unpolite and didn’t seem very helpful. I asked him for a date that would fit my schedule but He didn’t seem to care. Towards the end he gave me my order and suggested that I look for a different place even after I scheduled my appointment. The person didnt have a name tag but I believe his name is Scott. At the end I decided not to get my exam at this place. If you don’t feel comfortable with this place please don’t go with it. It deserves no stars whatsoever.
