List of Sarfraz A Durrani Md's Reviews
I share the following with the hope that others may be spared the experience I have had. I sought out Dr. Durrani for a pacemaker surgery for regulation of my breathing due to central sleep apnea. I was informed by Dr. Durrani that I also required a heart ablation surgery for my heart rythm irregularities. I scheduled both surgeries in close proximity to each other. The heart surgery did not provide any relief of my sympthoms and the pacemaker was unsuccessfully implanted. I sought out a second opinion from Johns Hopkins and scheduled for both surgeries to be performed again. I had my heart re operated on and Hopkins successfully implanted the pacemaker. I was informed that the prior surgery was not done correctly. I would recommend that you take the trio to Hopkins where they have some of the best doctors in the country. I wish I had done so from the start.

He was much more concerned about his cell phone than my appointment. He asked nothing and then falsified the medical records, basically making things up. It said, “patient denies chest pain,” in my record when I was never asked but do in fact have chest pain. Terrible
Customer support has been absolutely horrendous. I’ve been calling multiple times per day to try and schedule something after being referred here. The phone is hardy ever picked up, and no one follows up with me even after leaving voicemails with emails/call back numbers. If you’re referred here I’d save the headache and look to see if there’s anywhere else you can go until they fix this. It really is that bad, at the end of the day just unprofessional.
While Dr. Durrani is an excellent surgeon, there are at times communication issues between himself, his staff and the patient.
My initial appointment with him, I waited over an hour after I was put in a room and they did EKG. I was about to walk out when he walked in and asked how I wss
Dr. Durrani has done both a cardiac ablation and installed the Watchman device in my heart. He is top notch and did a fantastic job in helping my AFib and getting me off of blood thinners!
Dr. Durrani practically saved my life by monitoring a heart arrhythmia I developed. He is top notch in his field
Dr. Durrani performed a cardiac ablation procedure on me to correct timing problems within my heart. A normal procedure takes about an hour. The extra timing cells in my heart were in a very unusual location. Dr. Durrani spent over 4 hours locating and eliminating the cells. My son had a similar procedure performed in a different city where the doctor gave up after two hours without finding the cell that needed to be eliminated. I am thankful to Dr. Durrani for his knowledge and perseverance.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
