one of the worst medical office to the area the doctor is very rude she never listens to you and make you embarrassing regarding your illness all employees are rude and most of there nurse even don’t know how to take your wight and blood pressure i don’t recommend this office especially who has Medicaid insurance

The entire staff of this doctor office provide a premium customer service.. place always clean, and refer to other doctor as I need it. Super happy with doctor Sachdeva and her staff..kudos

Dr Sachdeva is very caring. She listens to her patients and is very supportive. An excellent doctor.

From day 1 of my appointment with Her, She & Her staff were attentive & pleasant, Her office have a pleasant environment & i started feeling a lot better when She started caring for me, even some other people that i met including my former Pastor were happy with Her Service, i see some bad reviews about Her, but i think these are just people with very high expectations & hard 2 please, so don't just listen to bad reviews, give Her The benefits of a doubt & try Her yourselves, but if You have very high expectations, just go somewhere else, coz just like ot.her Doctors, She's only Human too.

Ok let me just say I’m satisfied with service . At no point did I think the staff was unprofessional I have been to 3 different Doctors and not 1 actually checked or test anything to see if there Diagnosis was correct . Not to mention she has so many recent award on her office for her work . We are still in process so I’ll update after but so far 5star ladies and thank you p

My name is Darlene Box, and Dr. Sachdeva has been my Doctor since 2003. We had just moved from Hawaii and were looking for a new Primary Care and Internal Medicine Doctor. I first met her while I was at another appointment, and with another Doctor. She was introduced to me as the newest member of that Doctors Team. From the very first moment we shook hands there was an instant ‘real’ connection, from the way she shook my hand to how she looked straight into my eyes and didn’t look away until we were through talking. I had an appointment with Dr. Sachdeva the first time due to my Doctor being unavailable and I started seeing only her and even followed her practice when she moved. It’s very rare to find a Doctor in today’s world who doesn’t pencil you in for that 10 – 15 minute time slot reserved for patients,but even rarer to find a Doctor that will call your house in concern because they haven’t seen you in awhile. Dr. Sachdeva is this Doctor. I’ve never had a 15-minute appointment with her, because she feels the necessity to take her time, and listen for any differences and to watch you as you talk enabling her to to pick up on anything you might feel not important, but she wants to check out just the same. She really listens, and she’s totally involved in your medical needs. She will work with you for as long as it takes to find and take care of the problem and will quickly send you to a specialist to confirm and correct any health issues. I can and have called at all times of the day with a different health issue and have only to wait until she’s finished with a patient to hear back from her office. If I need to talk with her personally, I have always been able to. This, too, is such a rarity in today’s world where our Doctors stay so busy they usually have to hunt time to call in prescriptions at the end of the day. We moved a couple of hours from her office, and it would be so much easier to find a new Doctor in our little town. But, I would travel hours away to go to Dr. Sachdeva. I can’t imagine another Doctor ever giving me the care, concern and tremendously good medical treatment that she does. She also has a staff, directed by her sister, that is wonderfully good at their job and goes to the next level to help make our visits personable and easy. They have helped clear up insurance problems that I find daunting, but they approach with ease. I’ve never heard from them that we can’t get a certain drug because our insurance company won’t allow it until they have done everything they can to make sure it goes through. At times we are amazed at what they get approved that we might have trouble with. Also, my husband, who always favored male doctors throughout a military career, chose her as his primary care doctor after observing the quality of care she provided to me. Both of us have experienced many very good doctors during our time in the military–Doctor Sachdeva ranks as number one, even in this select group. As we approach older age, I do so with the security and knowledge that I have one of the very best Doctors working for me and with me in Virginia. I always say that I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t have Dr. Sachdeva as their doctor. Most Sincerely, Darlene

Dr. Shabnam Sachdeva really cares about her patients. She is a fantastic doctor and a kind person, She is competent and caring. Even the staff care about their patients. They are very quick with appointments and give you appointments right away. Beside english She also speaks and understands multiple languages Hindi, Urdu.Punjabi. She understands and is very quick to diagnose her patients illnesses. One thing I really Like about docter Shabnam is the fact that she picks her phone outside of office hours.

Best doctor in this area, she has been taking care of my family for many years. Very fast with getting us checked in and out the door. Always extremely friendly- when ever I need to call her after hours she always is very attentive. Great doctor and great care! Plenty of parking out front to accommodate her patients.

1) I was in the middle of explaining what health problem I have and then her cell phone went off. She looked at it and put her hand up to me and answered her phone. Then she hangs up after she was done talking while I awkwardly sat there, doesn't apologize or explain why she had to take it. 2) While I was getting examined, she didn't wear gloves, and neither did the med student. 3) It clearly says in my medical history that I just had a baby and the first thing she said to me after saying hello was "That's a lot of weight". Ok, well now I understand why out of the all the doctors in my area, this was the only one accepting new patience...

Dr. Shabnam Sachdeva is one of the best physicians in the area. My wife and I have been her patients for more than 15 years. She is very detailed oriented, caring, knowledgeable, dependable, pleasant, and available when needed. We strongly recommend her for family practice to new patients. Zahid Hameedi
