The appointment was scheduled very quickly. The staff was very friendly. The office was clean and maintained social distancing. Those are the reasons for the 2 star review. The lack of stars goes specifically to my interaction with Dr Karr, who I would not recommend and will not be revisiting in the future. Her manner is condescending, disinterested, uninvolved, and lacks empathy. When a child comes in with a series of seemingly random, and clustered symptoms, to be dismissed as "fine" is very frustrating. Her suggestion was "if the child presents with more symptoms in 2 months, we can do a teleconference." Doctor, if my child is still presenting with symptoms in 2 months, you can bet I'll be HERE, HAVING TESTS PERFORMED. Although, not ever by YOU. Do yourself, and your child, a favor: find a more concerned doctor and skip this one.

Dr Karr has been my daughter’s cardiologist since before she was born. We couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Everything has worked as she anticipated. our daughter has had three heart surgeries and Dr Karr has been with us all the way through. Every time we needed to talked to her, asked anything, had any concerns; she has been very quick in responding to us. We are very thankful to have her as our daughter’s Cardiologist.

Told my child they were obese and that they would get diabetes, heart diseases and other grave illnesses. Gave all of us condescending looks throughout the appointment. Not a single smile, no empathy, not interested in my child the least bit, not nice at all.
