Recently was incredibly disappointed in my visit with Dr. Mufti. Absolutely awful bedside manner, did not even introduce herself before my exam - appointment felt extremely rushed. Dr. Mufti was completely dismissive of concerns and symptoms I was having. Did not indicate when test results would be returned nor did she actually explain anything that was put in my post-visit “notes” posted to the patient portal. Appointments like this are unpleasant enough already, it would be helpful to have an understanding OBGYN that is willing to take the time to actually talk to her patients about their concerns. Will not be returning and absolutely will not be recommending.

Ms. Shawna Mufti delivered my second child who is now 8 years old. She was a great obgyn during my pregnancy and the labor process was outstanding. Ms. Mufti is knowledgeable, caring, laid back and has a warm heart. I am currently pregnant again with my 3rd child and extremely pleased that she is still my obgyn. I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff are also very friendly and happy.

By far the worst place I’ve ever been. Don’t waste your time here. Unclean office, unprofessional, felt rushed and uncared for. Lots of miscommunication. I called to verify they had put my birth control prescription through to my pharmacy (did so twice to make sure) and they confirmed..just for me to find out they didn’t and their office is closed now. So now my cycle is completely thrown off because of them. I’m so over this place. Never going back.

I would give 0 star to Shawana Mufti because of unprofessional body language and non verbal communication. (no eye-contact, no smiling, etc...) I had Two appointment with Shawana Mufti, I never heard "GOOD MORNING " or "How are you today?") ....

I had a great experience with Dr. Mufti! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

If you have an option used a different OBGYN, on the first visit I probably spend 10 minutes not took any time to hear my problem. I feel she doesn't have people skills or take the time to hears the patient. The office doesn't make you feel comfortable for a medical exam. After all, I decided to change the doctor.
