Steven R Vetter's Online Review Report Card

My wife has gone to Dr Vetter in the past. She was happy with his services. I recently went for the first time. So far so good. I have nothing negative to say about Dr Vetter or anyone who works there.

This was my first time to visit a podiatrist. Dr. Vetter was very professional, friendly, and empathetic. I really enjoyed speaking with him and had a lot of confidence that he would be able to help solve my problems. His staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me. All in all, Dr. Vetter's practice was first-rate!

Dr. Vetter is excellent. I had two different foot problems and he methodically made both problems go away. The practice is very organized and prompt. Most importantly, I was delighted that Dr. Vetter closed out the cases as soon as it was clear that he had solved the problems. I was a little bit concerned that I would be going back for treatments and checks long into the future but no.

Dr. Vetter is outstanding! I was referred to him by my primary care doctor who has never steered me wrong when it comes to referrals. I had a broken bone in my foot and was very anxious, thinking I would have to wear a cast. After doing X-rays of my foot, Dr. Vetter assured me that I didn't need a cast or surgery, and put me in a boot. He followed me regularly throughout the healing process. Dr. Vetter is very patient and compassionate. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He has a calming demeanor and sense of humor which helped tremendously. I have complete confidence in him. His staff are also very competent, friendly and professional. The office is well managed, clean and orderly. I have since recommended him to a friend who needed a podiatrist. He is very happy with Dr. Vetter. I am very grateful to Dr. Vetter and his staff for the care I received and highly recommend them!

Latest visit: Had foot pain and swelling. Took X-Ray, which showed nothing. Ordered MRI. Explained condition thoroughly and gave me treatment options. Not at all pushy

Its unfortunate that all to often we take outstanding service for granted. This could happen with my visits to Dr Vetter's office for over the years he consistently meets or exceeds my expectations in the both routine treatment and corrective surgery that he has provided me. Yes I am lucky to have found him and I hope you appreciate him as much as I do.

Dr. Vetter is a fantastic surgeon. I am back for a second procedure because I had such a great result with the first one. I recommend him highly.

This review is primarily based on my interactions with the assistant Mario. Not only did he fail to send out my orthotics as promised, which I was told were sitting on his desk for over a week, untouched, but promised to call me back multiple times to follow up and never did. I essentially had to repeatedly call the orthotic lab and the front desk to do his job for him over the course of two weeks, due to his lack of follow through or patient care. I realize this may not seem important to you or your staff, but it makes a world of difference to a patient with chronic foot pain who heavily relies on these orthotics to function without pain. Please show more empathy and interest towards your patients' wellbeing. I kindly ask that the office manager/ owner speak to their staff about this and request higher patient care standards.

Dr Vetter is professional and helpful! I had been going to a different doctor that made a mess out of my foot. Dr Vetter cleaned up my wound, correctly diagnosed me and nurses me back to health ! Kudos to Dr Vetter!

Dr. Vetter is pleasant and caring. He has treated me for years and always knows what is required to solve my foot problems. I have never been disappointed with the treatment. Best podiatrist in the area!
