Follow up after initial visit. Very thorough, professional, knowegable , kind and approachable. Willing to discuss other than cardio ailments and recommend professional help. He follows my condition in between visits by ordering blood test. Does this in a smooth , understandable manner. Excellent physician.

On the plus side, Dr. Sheifert is very thoughtful and takes the time to explain his thinking with you. I never felt rushed by him. On the negative side, while it may not be his intent, there's something in his delivery that would sometimes make me feel like I was being judged. It could just be me, but I haven't gotten that from other cardiologists. Your impression may be very different. Also, he never mentioned diet, didn't seem to care much about how I ate until I actually mentioned it, but he still didn't have any strong suggestions either with diet or in resources I could use to educate myself.
