I loved how courteous and helpful the staff were at my appointment as well as how prompt her nurse laura is at answering my questions and helping with the prior Auth paperwork with my insurance. The only complaint I have is it wasn't gone over of what I should expect from my daughter's stool being on the special formula she prescribed. Thank god the manufacturer website had all the info i needed regarding my questions and what is considered "normal"
