Just had the most uncomfortable call of my life. Called in tears with what I am questioning if it's an emergency or not and the receptionist treated me with complete disrespect. No empathy towards my situation or even took the time to listen to my problem, when I tried to better explain she just spoke over me with an attitude over and over. Completely innefective communication skills. When I asked to be placed on hold to wait for a nurse she slammed the phone. Made me wait to then speak to someone who without gathering my patient info or my medical concern said we don't have any space today. Michelle should never work in healthcare or with humans.

I love Dr. Allen and all of her staff! I was blessed to find her and have her throughout my second pregnancy. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. My first pregnancy was high risk, and so was my second. But having Dr. Allen this time around made it all 10x better. Having the right Dr with a high risk pregnancy makes such a difference! She knew how scared I was for this pregnancy, yet she always made me feel at ease and was so attentive with me every time I came to her office. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, caring, professional, and attentive. During my delivery she knew how nervous I was and she did everything to keep me calm. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a Dr that makes you feel like you and your baby are her main priority. She's seriously the best!

Assaulted me. Be very careful of Terry Allen. They don't care about you. Only themselves.

My experience here was horrible. This was my first yearly exam, and the doctor and nurse both began the appointment by laughing at my confusion regarding one portion of the procedure. Dr. Allen read my intake paperwork and made a decision about what the problem was before even speaking to me to assess my pain and experiences. The breast exam was performed with no explanation of the procedure. More upsettingly, the pap smear was performed without any explanation of the procedure and what it would entail. The lack of information regarding the procedure was incredibly distressing, and when I became visibly upset, both the doctor and nurse did nothing to address the situation. I received a brief apology at the end of my appointment ("I'm sorry that you're distressed"), but still no explanation of the pap smear. Additionally, Dr. Allen refused to give me a pelvic exam as she had deemed it unnecessary due to my intake paperwork. At no point did I have an opportunity to speak with Dr. Allen about the concerns that brought me into her office, and when I attempted to start a conversation I was dismissed. I waited for about four months to see Dr. Allen- during which time I continued to have issues she did not address-, and she was in the room with me for less than 5 minutes. Both she and her nurse were incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns for the duration of my visit. I am most upset by the lack of explanation I received for the procedures that were performed on me, and by the fact that the doctor only spoke to me while she was physically examining me, which meant I was not able to communicate as effectively as I would've liked. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I have never been treated with so little dignity and respect by a medical professional.

Did not listen to my concerns or explain any of the procedures before performing them. Dismissive, rude, and distressing. Find a doctor who will actual listen to you instead of diagnosing you before even talking to you.

My First Experience and First Pregnancy, Was Lucky to have Dr Terry as My Doctor. The staff is very friendly and Dr Terry took great care. Even the day of Delivery, I was so nervous and all but she made things v easy. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Allen and everyone associated with her practice are very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I have received nothing but great care and respect from them.

Dr. Terry is great. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and an expert. The office staff is also great. The appointment waiting time isn't long. You get attended immediately.

I love Dr.Allen she delivered both of my children. I had complications with both deliveries and she handled me with such extreme care. She has amazing beside manner and is very personable. I also love her staff. I recommend her to everyone.
