Highly recommend! This was my first visit with Dr. Ortega and I had a great experience! I had an unbearable pain on my tooth and it was caused by an infection. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ortega and I had a root canal treatment followed by a crown. It was easy to schedule an appointment and their stuff are friendly and professional. Their office is clean and they take all the safety measures due to COVID-19. Dr. Ortega is an amazing doctor, very professional, and really care for her patients. She even follow up with a call to check if my tooth still hurt. My visits were pain-free and easier than I thought. I highly recommend Dr. Ortega to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr Ortega is the best dentist bar none. I have been a patient of hers for more than 20 years. I had many dentists in the 40 years before her and only 1, who was based in Massachusetts, came close to her level of ability. She is the only dentist who has been able to get my mouth sufficiently numb so I wouldn't be anxious during any procedure. Dr Ortega is not only highly skilled but also honest and caring, willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done and what will take place. I also had her straighten my teeth with Invisalign braces and the results are fantastic!I highly recommend Dr Ortega to anyone looking for a new dentist or if you're not happy with your current dentist.

Dr. Ortega is the best dentist in all of Northern Virginia. I’ve been seeing her for over 5 years and she never disappoints. I have referred family and friends to her and all will agree that does the best work. Her staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for your next cleaning!

Dr Ortega and her staff are wonderful! I was referred to Dr. Ortega by my brother and my first visit to her office was in 2007 when I had a root canal treatment and crown . I had some bad experiences in the past with my previous dentists and I was terrified of any dental work. It’s been 11 years now since I am a patient of Dr. Ortega and every visit at her office is a pleasant experience without being worried of pain and needles. Her staff is very welcoming and friendly and the office is very clean. It is easy to schedule and change an appointment and I like the fact that they confirm your appointments two days in advance. Even though recently I moved to Frederick, MD for a new job, I still commute to Fairfax, VA for any dental work because Dr. Ortega is friendly, kind, trustworthy and by far the best dentist I have known! I would highly recommend Dr. Ortega!!!

I would highly recommend this doctor! Went here for cleaning and had all four wisdom teeth removed and didn’t worry for a moment.The team here cares about every step of the process and is very thorough in preparing you for the procedure. My recovery was brief, there were no pain and swelling after. Definitely recommend this dentist office if you are looking to switch or if you just moved to the area!

Honestly I never liked going to dentist but when cleaning or fillings were needed. My first time coming to Dr.Ortega was about two weeks ago, and was recommended by my mother in law and needless to say the service was amazing. I got my cleaning done and even had a root canal amazing work and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend Dr.Ortega to anyone 10/10 amazing.

There's really no chance of us switching dental practitioners, as Dr. Thu-Nga Ortega sets the gold standard for oral healthcare. In terms of convenience, quality of care, and overall atmosphere, Dental Cosmetix is consistently out performing competing practices in the Northern Virginia area. After having my four wisdom teeth removed, I experienced 0 swelling. After the procedure, I followed the detailed after-care instructions they provided me and had a hassle-free healing process. Would recommend!

I dread going to the dentist, don't you?! I used to have to have nitrous oxide prior to letting anyone work on me. Then I found Dr. Ortega. She is thorough, extremely gentle, and cleans my teeth herself. When I've had to have dental work done requiring injections, I couldn't feel the needle! She has taken the fear and dread out of dental care for me. Definitely, go!
