I have a very rare cancer with survival rate of 5%. I went to many cancer specialist of well known hospitals prior to meeting with dr Cannon with just running around waiting with different tests and was informed that I have 9-18 months left. First appointment I met with dr Cannon, he immediately admitted me into the hospital and started me with chemotherapy. After one year of chemotherapy and radiation, I’m now in remission for 4 years. Dr Cannon saved my life.

As a family member of a patient of Dr Cannon, I can’t say enough good things about him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and treats cancer aggressively without losing sight of the individual. The entire experience at Schar is superior and we’re grateful for Dr Cannon’s expertise.

Dr Cannon is following my mother for the past 4.5 years. She has been going through chemotherapy. Words cannot tell how grateful we are as a family for everything Dr Cannon has done to our Mother! His care is second to none. He has been so caring and compassionate. He needs to be recognized for all he did. He is the kind of Doctors we need on our planet. I have been a patient of Dr. Timothy Cannon for a little over a year. Dr. Cannon is the most caring, Kind, compassionate, reassuring Doctor that I have ever meet in my life! I do not even have regular insurance I have financial aid, and Dr. Cannon is aware of this and has NEVER treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion! Dr. Cannon has even called me with my test results (WOW) this doctor needs to be recognized for the outstanding service that he is providing to all his patients on behalf of INOVA! Dr. Timothy Cannon is one of the greatest doctors of all time. In fact, he is the first doctor that called our home to follow up with my spouse in more than 40 years. He actually took time out of his busy schedule to call us directly. Although he could not take his case, he referred us to someone who could. This is definitely the kind of doctor we all want. If you have the opportunity to receive his care, please don't hesitate. He's the best!
