I AM VERY PLEASED WITH DR. ADAMS. I recently returned to her office for a follow-up endoscopy. She is VERY professional, personable and thorough. I chose her because of her education and experience which are exemplary! She greets me and actually speaks with me regarding my condition. NO COMPLAINTS!!

Waited in lobby for 80 minutes, taken to back and asked questions that should have been taken care of our front, another ploy to distract you from how long you are waiting!! When I said we are waiting only 5 more minutes, woman sticks her head in room, does not identified herself, is rude, tells us we can leave if we want, go hone and google docs name, it was her! Don’t go there!!

Routine colonoscopy

Dr. Adams was very concerned about me throughout the entire process. She is nothing but professional.

I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Adams or staff. Today I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Adams. I have a chronic condition and have been in a lot of pain. I got my COVID test, quarantined, did the prep. Dr. Adams cancelled my appointment right as I was leaving my house because I couldn’t come earlier than my appointment time because she had earlier cancellations. This wasn’t a check-up. I am sick and in pain and the procedure was going to help figure out why. The lack of professionalism and decency of Dr. Adams and the office is inexcusable. I also had trouble affording my medications and called and called for months leaving messages for the staff/Dr. Adams to coordinate with my pharmacy and insurance so I could get more affordable meds, no resolution. I strongly recommend finding a better, more considerate provider and office team.

I spoke with Dr. Adams over the weekend because I needed a prescription for an emergency condition. I told her the one medication that I could not take because of side effects. Regardless, she called in the generic of that same medication to the pharmacist. Luckily I knew the generic form when the pharmacist contacted me saying she was concerned about the high dosage prescribed of the wrong medication. I had talked to her at 6:30 AM and she said she would get to it by 10:00 AM. At 10:30 AM she had not.

Dr. Adams is wonderful! But the office not so much. When you call with questions you only get to talk to the nurse who can't answer the questions but acts as a go between for the doctor. It is very difficult to get a timely office appointment with the doctors. Slightly less difficult to get an appointment with the P.A.s

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Adams. I've never been canceled on, or had my appointment moved. She was very professional and wonderful. My only complaint was with the technician administering my IV. IT WAS HORRID. I've had many surgeries and am not a whimp, but my hand was swollen and black and blue for weeks.

She is a life-saver! Dr. Adams is one of the finest doctors I have ever known. She cares deeply about me, spends so much time, is there in emergencies in person and by phone, and is truly brilliant. She is the best!!! I function today thanks to her expert care! Appointments can be hard to make and I have only found the Chantilly staff to be friendly, but I would go anywhere for Dr. Adams and wait as long as necessary. She is worth it.

Stay away from this practice!!! Only concerned with performing endoscopies and colonoscopies ( cash based procedures). Very smart but does not care about her patients true well being
