I was eager to have Dr. Adams to do my colonoscopy and endoscopy as I met her a few years back and thought she was awesome. For my first colonoscopy I had another doctor with no side effects so I thought this procedure would be even better. Six hours after the procedure my temperature ranged from 100.3 - 100.9. Dr. Adams seemed icy with me before the procedure and I just attributed to her just wanting to really focus on what she was doing. When I called the office they were super helpful and said the nurse or Dr. Adams would call me back ASAP. I did get a call back from someone not in the procedure room who relayed that Dr. Adams said that it has to be an electrolyte problem. I started to ask questions and the woman I spoke with just repeated what she said before. My issue is the if you are the doctor and there is a temperature close to 101 you do not parlay the call to someone else who says that everything will be fine. I had questions that only the doctor should answer.

I wish I could give a NEGATIVE star! Every low rating on contacting this office is well deserved. :-( I have spent an entire afternoon trying to reach someone in Dr. Adams' office. This has always been bad, but post pandemic, it is a NIGHTMARE!!! I think the world of her, but I can not find any contact number or e-mail for her or anyone connected to her. Even their website has NO contact info. GRRRRRR!

You actually only see Dr Adams for your procedure otherwise you see her PA which is ok. The problem is the office. Be prepared to be on hold over 2 hours. I have called everyday for two weeks and still can’t get through even waiting 2 hours or more. PA said they would cal”l, they don’t. PA said to call with update after new medications, you can’t get through

For the past week I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this office. I have waited on line, left information for them to call me on a web page, and clicked a number for them to call me back when the receptionist was available. Tomorrow will be my last day to try them, before going to another practice. Very frustrating!!

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH DR. ADAMS. I recently returned to her office for a follow-up endoscopy. She is VERY professional, personable and thorough. I chose her because of her education and experience which are exemplary! She greets me and actually speaks with me regarding my condition. NO COMPLAINTS!!

Waited in lobby for 80 minutes, taken to back and asked questions that should have been taken care of our front, another ploy to distract you from how long you are waiting!! When I said we are waiting only 5 more minutes, woman sticks her head in room, does not identified herself, is rude, tells us we can leave if we want, go hone and google docs name, it was her! Don’t go there!!

Don’t go here! Long wait time, paperwork worthless, ask your additional questions once you get in the back to distract you from how long you have already waited , doctor rude!

Routine colonoscopy

Dr. Adams was very concerned about me throughout the entire process. She is nothing but professional.

I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Adams or staff. Today I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Adams. I have a chronic condition and have been in a lot of pain. I got my COVID test, quarantined, did the prep. Dr. Adams cancelled my appointment right as I was leaving my house because I couldn’t come earlier than my appointment time because she had earlier cancellations. This wasn’t a check-up. I am sick and in pain and the procedure was going to help figure out why. The lack of professionalism and decency of Dr. Adams and the office is inexcusable. I also had trouble affording my medications and called and called for months leaving messages for the staff/Dr. Adams to coordinate with my pharmacy and insurance so I could get more affordable meds, no resolution. I strongly recommend finding a better, more considerate provider and office team.
