Dr. Nguyen appears quite competent, and provides a calm environment for our daughter. However, she was over an hour late for our appointment, which was disconcerting for our daughter and us. The nurses and PA were NOT competent and very rude and we insist that they not assist in future

We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nguyen and the resident on that day. Though we sometimes come in for routine things, my son is medically complicated which not all practitioners take into consideration. From the moment we walked in the door we were sent straight back to a room (which I always appreciate because my son is also autistic and certain sounds can set him off). We were seen quickly, and the resident and Dr. Nguyen were both so patient that he let them check his eyes, ears, and throat without me having to hold him down! I know that seems minor to some but that was a first ever for us! I also appreciated that they recognized that can be medically complicated and took an approach that I was on board with. Before I even pulled out of the parking lot one of the staff was already calling me to let me know my what time my pharmacy closed, when I told them I couldn't make it in time they called it in to a closer place for me. The resident also called me and left me a message telling me what time the pharmacy would have my medication ready! The entire team went over and beyond to help us and I am so impressed. And let me tell you this is hard to do, as I usually drive 40 minutes one-way to the Aldie office since Dr. Rubio has seen my kids since they were born and my son is comfortable with all of the staff there but I seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received with Dr. Nguyen and the staff at the Fairfax VPG!

Dr.Nguyen takes extreme care! She is a down to earth person who can understand the situation and provide service and care at the most. No words to thank her🙏🏻

Dr. Tuc is fabulous! She is knowledgeable and extremely caring- and has worked with all three of my children. In all honestly, she is one of a kind in terms of having that wonderful combination of knowledge and a warm bedside manner- she just truly cares and it shows.

Dr. Nguyen is a good doctor, medically, but her manner with young children is brusque and unforgiving. She does guide a child through a session and appears to want to get the appt over with quickly. She should show more respect for the child, even if it takes a bit longer, so they do not feel that their space is being invaded by a stranger. They need to keep some sense of control in these situations.
