A great group of doctors and staff
The Dr. forgot to send the prescription to the Pharmacy Store and they were rude when I was complain about this matter.
I love VPAC! They’ve taken good care of our children. We see Dr. Harkless who’s always so attentive and engaging. She makes every appointment a fun experience. But honestly, all their providers are amazing. Dr. Rossbach, Dr. O’Mara, Dr. Epstein… everyone is so lovely and kind. They take their time to provide education and give the most sincere and great health care to our family.
Unfortunately very disappointed and actually shocked that this is happening. Have been with this provider since birth. Now 10 years old. 6 years ago diagnosed with severe tree nut allergy. Provider denied epi pen refill. Didn't even get a phone call with the denial. Have been getting the same epi pen for years now! Makes absolutely no sense!!!
We LOVE this practice. The office staff are so sweet and all the nurses have been friendly. We especially love Dr. Rossbach who my children have been seeing for a couple years now. His bedside manner is top tier. He gets to know your kids and your family and remembers details about your family that most doctors never do. He is so good with the kids and takes his time to discuss any and every concern. We will continue going to this practice for as long as he is a pediatrician there.
Give me ONE example of them prioritizing children over billing your insurance and I'll change this to 5 stars! There is NOTHING this office will do for you without an appointment so they can bill you and your insurance. My most egregious example is monitoring my child's oxygen level when they were sick. With a straight face, they wanted us to come to the office to use their O2 sensor! I asked which sensor they'd trust me to buy and they said that their sensors are so good and so special that they are only sold to doctor's offices. Wow
Exceptional doctors and nurses. Over the years, my daughter has received top top notch care from everyone. I had a great experience today with receptionist as well. Thank you!!
I want to start by saying this review is not based on the doctors or nurses, as they have been wonderful. Instead, it reflects my experience with the front desk staff, the people every parent must interact with on the phone and when walking in the door. For a pediatric office, I would expect staff who are friendly and show empathy, rather than those who come across as unhelpful or argumentative. My child missed their annual vaccines due to being diagnosed with an illness during that appointment, so I needed to reschedule using their online vaccine clinic portal. Unfortunately, the portal was not working, so I called the office. Instead of assisting me with scheduling the appointment, the person on the phone insisted that the portal was working fine and seemed more focused on arguing with me than helping. They were clearly trying to rush me off the phone instead of addressing my concerns. A little empathy goes a long way, and this office could really benefit from more of it.
VPAC is my only choice for my girls. I did my clinicals here as an NP student. I knew this was where I was going to bring my kids one day. The relationship between MDs and mid level providers here is excellent and well supported. There is a genuine care for children at this practice and it shows. Lisa Ruffer is the main provider for my girls. I know they are getting the best care. She found my daughter's heart murmur. Lisa has given us the support with multiple health conditions that may be overlooked at other practices. The support we receive can't be match IMO. Lisa is like family. And my girls love Dr. Lisa bc of her kind and caring demeanor. I have not met anyone that doesn't show kindness to my girls. From the moment you enter the front door to the moment you leave. Miss Crystal is my daughter's favorite MA. And we get in the car bc we are going to see Miss Crystal. My youngest had lab work done recently. She is almost 2- and those girls were quick, competent and kind. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Farha Naqui. From the very first visit, we felt completely supported and cared for. She is so patient, even when my toddler is screaming and not wanting to be there. It’s not always an easy visit, but Dr. Naqui handles it with so much calm and kindness. She never makes us feel rushed and always take the time to explain what’s going on in a way that puts me at ease. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients, and I’m so glad we found them. If you’re looking for a pediatrician who really gets it, I can’t recommend her enough!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
