It was so relieving and reassuring knowing that I was in good hands because everyone here was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for any service.
I had the misfortune of arriving at this location by mistake on my way to a new OB/GYN. The front desk receptionists were polite enough. I didn't realize I was in the wrong place until it was too late to make my other appointment, so I asked if I they accepted my insurance and they said yes. I felt extremely uncomfortable because the place was literally run down and dirty (e.I. the elevator is in shambles and malfunctions if you press more than one button). I only stayed because I needed urgent medical assistance.Once in, the assistants took my blood pressure and were about to turn me away (probably assuming I was there for a medical procedure) when the nurse came and said that they in fact DID NOT accept my insurance. I was actually kind of relieved to walk out of there. Felt a bit dirty just being there tbh.Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to have very sensitive/personal medical procedures and expect a clean and sterilized environment. It's dirty. Also, you might get stuck with a hefty bill if it turns out they actually don't accept your insurance.
Im going to be frankly honest some people really don't belong in this job. Especially someone as inconsiderate and disrespectful as the man I came across after my abortion. Everything was going just fine before I got the procedure done. I spoke to a very knowledgeable woman who made me feel very comfortable about my abortion options. She was absolutely great. When I woke up from the procedure they sat me in the recovery room for a few minutes which was much needed. A man started joking with the medical assistant girls there that were probably around the same age I was, early twenties. He had them smell something strong that they backed away from quickly, he was so excited about this horrible smell he was "show and telling" he held it up to my nose so quickly I couldn't even back away quick enough. KEEP IN MY MIND IM STILL RECOVERING AND IM FEELING EXTREMELY DIZZY! Once I smelled it I immediately gagged and begged them to give me a barf bag. THIS IDIOT STARTED LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY. I was absolutely livid I wanted to shove that thing down his throat. The strength was not in me to get up and yell and complain like I normally would. That simple act made me feel so violated. He absolutely ruined my experience here. My abortion was May of 2019 but trust me if I knew his name I would call back in a heart beat and complain to no end about him. I get so upset just thinking about it. I should have been left alone during that time and comfortably recovering. There was so reason for this man to bother me the way he did.
If you have to go through a crazy, scary, life changing experience like unplanned pregnancy, these are the kind of people you want on your side. I realized I might be pregnant over a holiday weekend, by the time they opened on Tuesday morning my anxiety was sky high. I was so grateful they were able to schedule me for a consultation that same day. As soon as I started to get reliable information from experienced healthcare professionals (and extremely caring office staff members), I started to think "This is going to be OK." After getting the facts and considering my own situation carefully, I scheduled the procedure and went back 2 days later. The waiting/anticipation was the most agonizing part. They have reassuring and inspiring quotes all around the clinic. But still, my emotions ran the gamut and the thought of the procedure made me woozy. (I actually passed out during the consultation appointment while we were just talking!- the amazingly patient and calm nurse could not have handled it more perfectly.) The actual procedure was quick (3-5 minutes) and I did not have pain. The woman in the recovery room seems like an angel bringing juice and cookies and keeping an eye on you until you're ready to go home just a little while later. Immediately afterwards and ever since, I feel overwhelming gratitude- for every single person who works there and handles a difficult situation with grace, professionalism, and love. I'm also grateful to live in a country and a state where this important type of care is available, affordable, and provided in a safe, professional healthcare environment. I'm 36 and never imagined I would find myself in the situation of unplanned pregnancy. It was hard enough having made the decision- I cannot fathom if I'd had to drive hours back/forth to a clinic or gone to a place where they were less professional and caring. Having gone through it, I am now committed to doing my part to reduce stigma, advocate to keep abortion care safe and legal, and ensure that contraception and reproductive care are available to all. I feel like Falls Church Healthcare Center saved my life. Thank you.
If I could give the facility a zero I would. This is one of the many abortion clinics that take the lives babies. They fail to inform the patients (victims) of the lasting physical and emotional trauma caused by abortion. These include depression and infertility. Spare yourself the ethical consequnces of murdering a baby and seek the assistance of a crisis pregnancy center (arlingtondiocese.org/fin…. There are plenty of others that can be found with a simple Google search.

I wanted to share my experience here at Falls Chruch Healthcare. I had a medical Abortion recently about a week ago . I was 5 weeks pregnant when I found out and because of personal reasons I had to make a very hard decision. This was my first pregnancy and I was very scared and nervous. I began searching for clinics near me and came across this clinic. Now when you first see the place you may even feel more nervous because the office is very old but when I walked into the clinic I felt better the lobby was nice and the front desk lady was very nice to me . My first appointment was lab work , sonogram, and counseling and that went good. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that it needs to be remodeled . It just looks pretty old but it's not that bad I have seen worst ! I scheduled my actual operation two days later . It was on a Saturday , now there were protesters outside the clinic BEWARE of them! Don't listen to them , don't even look at them. They don't know you or your situation! I am pro choice and believe nobody in this world has the right to judge you or the decisions you make. I just ignored the protesters and walked inside . My mom and best friend came with me for support and I am forever grateful for them . They helped me get through this tough process. Now when I got into the office for my actual operation. The front desk checked me and asked me am I okay and to please sit and wait . Then she called me back to do some more tests, then they give you pre medications and you have to wait for some time in the lobby . I liked that they have doula services and she can be with you during your operation to help you get through it , hold your hand ,etc. I choose the asleep surgical procedure which is the most expensive because I have terrible anxiety and I figured it was the best decision for me . The doctors and nurses were very nice to me. I remember being given the IV and that's it . I woke up about 20 mins later in the recovery room, where a nice staff member asked me how was I feeling and I was feeling okay just really tired . She gave me some juice and cookies and instructions for me to take care of myself at home and then about 20 mins later I was on my way out of the office . My mom had to drive me home because I was put to sleep . I did have some cramping and pain so we stopped and got some meds at cvs and we went home . I'm feeling better now , I'm back at work , and I am starting school soon. The decision was very hard for me and I am still dealing with it but I know everything I went through was for a reason. And when My situation is better I will have children . Thank you so much to all the staff at falls Church healthcare center i really appreciate all you did for me and all you do for women. Thank you all
Great place, great nurses, and great doctors. Everyone was extremely kind and patient. I was very nervous for my gynecologist appointment and they made me feel extremely comfortable. They answered all of my questions with no issues, and they made it very clear that if I needed anything I could come back to the office at anytime! I would most definitely recommend this place.
I really appreciate this doctors office. Im going through a rough time right now. The staff is very nice very polite. The building doesnt look too great but they are renovating. Dont judge a book by the cover. I was a little skeptical walking in as well. But when i got in the office the staff assured me i was ok and everything was going to be alright. IRIS she is the best. She is great at ehat she does. I had a little doubt but after speaking and being educated with her i felt a lot better. She walked me through step by step. She made sure each visit i knew everything i needed to know. She took great care of me. I recommend this office to all my women in need of help with they're situation.
Awesome staff! I had a great experience. Everyone is extremely friendly they make you feel like family and extremely supportive! All the nurses that were on duty for both the visits I had were perfect! Always there by your side. If you have any questions they answer everything and explain everything to you without hesitation! The building looks a bit shady but it's an older part of town so no biggy! Once you step into the office you're right away welcomed! Great job ladies and gents I will definitely recommend this place to others!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
