She was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Our questions about our daughters condition were met with blank stares as she struggled to figure out a basic treatment plan. Eventually a nurse had to come in and help her. Big waste of time.

She provides so little guidance and insight and seemed grossly under qualified to treat a simple issue. She had to turn to a nurse to ask everything from where supplies were to how to disinfect a wound. Would never return to her especially if the issue was more serious.

completely misdiagnosed and overlooked my now 8-month old son's serious sinusitis that resulted from croup. she never recommended a nose culture to find out if an infection might even exist. she recommended Benadryl (!) which didn't work because allergies were not the problem! then she prescribed amoxicillin, without doing a nose culture. amoxicillin didn't work, as a subsequent nose culture showed insensitivity. my son continued to get sicker and sicker, on the road to pneumonia, and needlessly ingested Benadryl and Amoxicillin - not to mention his needless pain and suffering!!!
