Dr. Pottanat has been very responsive and helpful with care for my elderly father. She responded to us on the weekend and did a virtual visit with him so he could get a prescription on a Saturday. I really appreciate her responsiveness and communication with her patients' family members, especially in today's age when you can only get answering services.

The office manager is very poor in all aspects. No communication skills and cannot handle basic tasks.

Dr. Pottanat is very down to earth, knowledgeable and caring if u are looking for a pcp check her out I mean the office is not the Ritz Carlton but I really just want a doctor that listens And cares and I found that in dr Pottanat

I have been coming to her for almost 10 years She is simply awesome Very flexible , kind and compassionate Always ready to accommodate me The new office staff is great too Office is super clean too Defnitely recommended - Sukhada

I've taken my mother to see Dr. Pottanat a few times over the past two years as she has early/mid stage Alzheimer's. She has been extremely helpful and takes the time with my mom to make sure she feels comfortable and happy. Never a problem with the receptionist as well - she is very kind and responsive. Not sure about the negative reviews on here but my mother has had a great experience with her and although she's not a fan of going to the doctor she doesn't mind seeing Dr. Pottanat at all!

I had an appointment with her 07/02, first they tried double charging for the co-pay saying it never cleared my bank when it did. During the appointment she was checking my heart beat she burped right near my face, didn't say I'm sorry nor excuse me. Now today my insurance is saying I owe them $160 I called them and the man who handles billing picked up I explained that there had to be a coding issue he asked "what's the big deal?" They are very unprofessional when they talk to their patients. I had to call my insurance company and get it sorted out, basically doing his job just to make sure I didn't get billed the wrong thing. I'm changing providers after this experience they are just so rude and unprofessional and if I could give them 0 stars I would!

Excellent! She cared for my mother for a few years and as my mother was a very difficult patient, managed to work with her more than my mother would let most other doctors. She was very understanding, caring and professional, so much so that I see her now myself. I enjoy her sense of humor and personal approach, as well as the fact she only suggests medical tests and medications she feels are really necessary. She was very helpful when we had to get more advanced care for my mother's cancer and knew immediately to refer us to specialists when she saw early changes in my mother's health. A big plus was her ready availability for appointments and flexibility when Mom would be delayed due to health issues trying to leave the house to get there. What also helped was that I was able to speak privately with her on my Mom's behalf, when my Mom would fight relaying medical problems and downplay her symptoms. Anyone with a difficult, aging parent appreciates that!

The doctor is easy to talk to about your symptoms. She is a great listener and very insightful. She is kind and gives you time,so rare today. She works independently And is very thorough.

My review is based upon her handling of a resident in a memory care facility, serving the interests of the facility and not the patient.

I'm not sure why Dr. Pottanat gets such horrible reviews. I was reluctant to schedule an appointment with her for my mother because of all the terrible reviews, but wanted my mother to see a geriatric specialist. So we scheduled our first appointment. Dr. Pottanat was wonderful. She took so much time with us and talked with my mother about all of her health concerns. She's polite and friendly, and direct. She counseled my mother on what she was doing right and gave her feedback on what she felt wasn't in her best interest. We've just scheduled our 3rd appointment with Dr. Pottanat, and could be happier. She as taken such good care of my mother's needs and managed her concerns. Her staff is not the greatest, but they seem to be trying to do a good job.
