List of Han Ton-That's Reviews
They are very rude. This is coming from a large medical practice that have referred patients to them in the past. Will never again do business with this practice.
I was referred to doctor Han by my primary physician Dr Nguyen. He told me that Dr Han was the best one he knew. I was avoiding colonoscopy because I could not find a doctor who can make you comfortable and explain what to expect. I scheduled an appointment to his office in Falls Church to meet him. I was very much impressed and he explained in detail what to expect. Today I had my colonoscopy and he was as friendly and as humorous as he was in his office. Made me feel very comfortable and after the procedure he explained everything in detail. If any one is looking for a good doctor I will recommend him without any doubt.
This doctor has no patience at all. He gets frustrated when you try to ask questions. This happened the first time I went to his office and now on the phone. He told me i had gallbladder stones, and when I requested the report, it showed I did not. I contacted office by text (this is how you communicate with them) to ask for clarification, and he calls me right away screaming and telling me he has no time for me that he has so much patients (like I forced him to call me). You cannot get a clear answer from this doctor. Would not recommend.

Super kind and experienced doctor, and great listener. I was able to be seen quickly and he expedited an endoscopy for me due to my discomfort and nervousness. This doctor is A+ in my book and I've seen a lot of docs. Don't hesitate due to the small Falls Church office. This doc could be in any prestige practice IMHO. He is top notch. P.S. he even personally returned calls I left with the office with pre-procedure concerns.
Knowledgeable and caring doctor. Office staffs are friendly
Dr. Han Ton-That is a kind and wonderful doctor. I took a chance and booked him on Zoc Doc because my stomach was in a lot of pain. I could fill out all of my forms on the Zoc Doc app and text them my insurance card before I went. So easy. They also text you the address, phone number, and appointments.During my appointment, we talked about my symptoms, he felt my stomach, and then we talked about what's next (along with what his guesses were of what was wrong). I needed an endoscopy and colonoscopy so he could truly see what was wrong. He even walked me through how to do the colonoscopy prep with a demo. I was really scared and called his office multiple times with questions. The receptionists are kind and answer your questions and if they can't, they get the doc to call you back. I'm sure he's annoyed with me but he never showed it. The way he talks is so relaxed and calm. He reminds me of a kind grandpa who tells you to not worry. Highly recommend this doc for GI issues. Worth the drive. His specialty is diarrhea which was lucky for me since that was my issue!Only "bad thing" is that the office is a bit old school. The scale is old and they do paper forms for things but if it ain't broke, don't fix it!PS. I've now had my procedures and they went great. He uses Woodburn Endoscopy Center.
He tried to hard sell me on an endoscopy for a condition in which this would be wildly inappropriate. Then, he spent the majority of the session describing why I should do it with him rather than a team of doctors at another center. When I asked for information that I could discuss with my primary care doctor, he refused (which I believe is a violation of medical code in Virginia). Avoid this doctor!
Uncomfortable when he say to have to take your clothes. Surgery is what he will say you need. Surgery is what he will say you need. Surgery is what he will say you need. Surgery is what he will say you need. Surgery is what he will say you need. Surgery is what he will say you need.
If I can I give them zero star. My Husband come there and always they text or call his phone number. And last time my mom has an appointment with them, the office text me to remind me about my mom appointment but they texting wrong number that’s why I don’t know when she has appointment because I have to wait over a month for that appointment. So, my mom didn’t coming to her appointment. Then they didn’t call me and they call my husband. They said they texted me but my mom didn’t come that why they charge 50$ . I call them then they find out that’s their fail so they make another appointment for my mom and no charge. 2 day later, they call me and said: doctor said I have to paid 50$ if I want to make appointment for my mom, I said why because that’s not my fail, they said they don’t care. I have to pay if I want to come with them, if not I have to see another doctor. You can believe the doctor can do that. They try to take money from their patients even it is their fail. My husband always come their and I provide a lot my friends come with them because I want to support for Vietnamese. But I really disappointed with what they did. Yes, I will go with another doctor and never come back!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
