List of Hca Healthcare's Reviews
i met some good people here but yall just make us wanna end it more than before we got there like jeez.... also quatina is amazing and so is the lady with long braids and nails shes sooo awesome and there is a male nurse he usual works on the guys unit but he is awesome he was my football buddy. anddddd julian is ok. over all yeah. this place is basically a real life tinder for losers like myself who want to get away from home.
there was this one kid named joel im so happy i left he beat up a kid and it was a bad place for him he was nice to me but the kids there are not nice staff is bad they dont do anything when kids got in fights they did not care
We went through a very horrible experience in this hospital instead of healing you get traumatized. the second floor is specifically for teenagers and it is extremely cold the children sitting on the floor looking at the floor or the walls because there is nothing to do there and not how they promise you the program. If you are a father and they tell you about this hospital do not take your child it is a very bad experience for them to get more depressed. Please check and notice the reviews first before they make you believe other things.
This “hospital” is the worst there is. They just give you the wrong meds and send you away. It should be sued for malpractice. The nurses don’t care and the only thing you do all day is watch TV and stare at each other. It causes more problems than good. Don’t send your kid here please. From experience it will give them trauma they won’t forget.
if yall dont fire sabrina i will cry really loudly
Worst place ever. I felt like a prisoner instead of a patient. I have severe PTSD and a client was physically violent and they did nothing about it.
The doctors and nurses are absolutely horrible here. They do NOT care about mental health you’re just a quick check. Doctors do not listen to you at all.
I wanted to leave the whole time and the staff seemed to not know how to properly care for a 7 year old that was there. They gave me the wrong food on multiple occasions. Another patient called me a bunch of slurs and was let off pretty easy. They make you watch 5 minute crafts for hours while you do your smile goal. A special shout out to Ms Megan and Mr Richard for making me feel cared for though. One staff member went through a patients journal and the same staff member would never let us talk or do hardly anything. The nursing staff did not let me have my book and a couple other items for no apparent reason. I feel like doing IOP or PHP would be a better use of time and money but hey i got a ton of hospital socks.
Horrible. I have PTSD and had to listen to a patient screaming which triggered me worse. He wandered the halls all night and even the ear plugs they gave me could not drown him out. Another patient freaked out and was screaming at the top of her lungs and they locked her up. Same thing with a male patient. Super traumatic experience.
this place made me feel more alone than i ever have. i was kept there for a month and the staff were rude and did not genuinely care about you. quentina was the only staff who did. the rest were there to get the check and go.. all we did was watch tv and stay in our rooms

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
