This not a good customer service office. I am a new patient and I call in today at around 10:50 A.M. to make an appointment with Dr. Ho. The secretary asked me who I am and I told her I am a new patient and we communicated in Vietnamese. The secretary told me that if I wanted to make an appointment for the new patient, it must be until October because the doctor has many patients. I told her ...

From 1987 until now my family has gone to Dr. Híên, Dr. Hieu, and Dr. Hoa, and Dr. Hiep. They are all very warm hearted and supporting and providing to my family during times where we didn’t have enough money for copays or medicine. My kids now are grown up now and the doctors are still so awesome and the best. They introduced us to a free travel immunization clinic before our trip to Vietnam. I want to write this review to thank the doctors and staff members at this office. Also thank you to Anh Nguyën wife of Dr. Hoa for being my family’s optometrist and also thank you to Dr Hiep Hö , Dentistry, too. Excellent doctor and gives good advice. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hieu Van Ho! He is an AMAZING doctor and just an amazing person in general. I can't say enough good things about this man. My parents have been seeing Dr. Ho for years now and recommended him to me when I needed to find a new primary physician due to a change in my insurance company. Let's just say I'll be sticking around for as long as I can. He is VERY knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's talking about. He gets to know his patients on a personal level which is not always the case with some other doctors. He listens to his patients and will offer the best advice he can. He is always honest and respectful as well. He has taken such great care of my both of my parents (they're in their 60s and 70s) and of me as well. I got sick a lot over a year ago and he was very patient with me, encouraging me not to hesitate to let him know if there was anything he could do to help if I got sicker. He is very selfless and generous when it comes to his patients and builds great rapport with them. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done and will continue to do for our family. We are forever grateful! Thank you for taking such great care of us Dr. Ho! You're the best!

I have never come across a physician that gave me as much attention as Dr. Ho has given to every word I said to explain my symptoms. It is DR. Ho’s common practice to take as much time as needed to: - Give his patients full attention - Carefully listen to them - Ask detailed questions - he patiently: 1- describes how he’d connected the pieces of information that you have provided, together to draw a conclusion (diagnosis) 2-provides his medical opinion on what he believes is happening (in simple words that his patient would understand (avoids using too many medical jargons that confuses people) 3- explains in details the mechanism of action each medication that he prescribes to clarify the reason behind each one of the prescribed medication/ supplements. Since I had known Dr. Ho, I have been recommending him to all my close friends in MD and Northern VA; sharing with friends how his accurate diagnosis/ treatment regimen has resolved the illness that was misdiagnosed by various physicians for over 3 decades of my life and how his recommendations has positively impacted my wellbeing. I feel privileged that my path had crossed Dr. Hieu Van Ho; I enthusiastically, highly recommend him to anyone; I sincerely believe that a family medicine health practitioner as professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable as Dr. Ho is hard to come by.

Dr. Hieu knows exactly what he's doing. He gives great consultations and truly cares about his patients. His recommendations about diet and lifestyle changes really helped improve my skin. I had mild lesions on my neck and I was very insecure about it, but after visiting Dr. Hieu it was gotten a lot better through his treatments and advice. 10/10 would recommend.

Greatest Doctor ever!! Very heartwarming, generous, and kind. Does his best with every patient, know them by heart, and gives his own personal touch of commitment. I would 100% recommend him to everyone.

I've been going here for my whole life. When I have had to visit another doctor, I felt so distant. It's not like that with Dr. Hieu though, he really cares about his patients. Dr. Hieu really tries to help me, it feels like he cares. With him, an appointment really becomes anything you need it to be.

Dr. Hieu Ho will diagnose you with GI issues when you have a see throat, runny nose, fever, loss of taste and smell. Said she does not have covid. Turned out she did and this man refused to test or believe it. I do not suggest him.
