Northern Virginia Pediatric Associates's Online Review Report Card

We have been going to this practice for 13 years. Both of our children have had positive experiences here. The on site lab is extremely convenient for working parents. All of the doctors are great, though Dr Kelly was in a class of her own and we miss her dearly.

We lived in NOVA for a very short period of time after our first baby was born. There were some minor issues. After discharge, we were under the care of Dr. Mouchahoir, and his gentle bedside manner and thoughtful judgment put us nervous new parents at ease. We feel fortunate that our child received such good medical care from Dr. Mouchachoir.

Loved Dr. Atiyeh for all the years I went here. Totally recommend for all kids in the area!

Dr. Kelly took care of our 8-month-old son who was diagnosed with meningitis. We were so impressed with his care that we named our next child, Kelly after him!,

Doctors are very good but staff can be rude and disorganized. We see Dr. Henrikson, who is excellent and the best pediatrician we found after seeing multiple doctors in the Northern Virginia area. I only wish they would hire front desk staff with critical thinking skills. Update: another terrible interaction with the front desk staff. I don’t know why they employ humans when an AI robot would be more competent and responsive. I spent over 30 minutes on hold then was told I would be charged a cancellation fee even though my spouse (who was deployed overseas and in transit back home trying to help me sort this out) and I had both been trying to cancel for over 24 hours and was told I should have done so online even though the practice is in the middle of a health portal system switch. Then I asked the front desk person to wait one second while I dealt with my screaming baby and she hung up on me. However, the person in the billing department was extremely helpful and polite. We appreciate when the practice employs competent humans. Otherwise, I’d rather just deal with an AI robot.

Dr Clark is a fantastic doc. Office staff are kind and helpful. They fit me in quickly when an urgent issue came up.

One of the worst practices ever. They are all about money. I understand you are in the business but humanity is also something. We loved Dr Atiyeh but the rest was the nightmare. Ended up with way better practice. I think the practice is still running due to the doctors otherwise it’s just a mess.

My experience here has always been nothing but exemplary. I truly cannot say enough kind words about Dr Henrikson. She is the most empathic, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate provider I’ve ever encountered. She goes above and beyond to provide answers, reassurance, guidance, and truly cares about not only the child, but the parents as well. She has guided me through some tough times with both my girls, and knowing how us mothers can be, she has never judged me nor lost her patience with my abundance of questions, concerns and sometimes overbearing worry about the health of my children. I don’t know what I’d do without her. My family is forever indebted.

Awesome experience! I’ve been going for years and just recently finished at 21 years old. Dr. Atiyeh and the staff are great and always look out for their patients! Highly recommend for any one looking for a pediatrician!

I have absolutely had an incredible experience here. I just turned 18, and I have been coming here since I was less than one. Dr. Atiyeh has been amazing, and I am so thankful for him and everyone in the office!
