I have been taking my 3 kids to Dr. Lamson for about 8yrs. It is shocking to see so many people write negative things about the front desk staff because I have never not even once been disrespected or spoken to in a rude way even when the office is hectic busy. My kids LOVE doctor Lamson and his staff. I have never had an issue with appointments there have even been times when my kids have woken up with fevers and they book them in to be seen on the same day. I love this practice I love how the doctor cares for y kids who are 14, 7 and 5. Always gives my 14yr old great advice. Thank you Pediatrics of seven corners for all you do for my kids. This is truly an amazing practice.

Never have an issue with the doctor but only have problems with the unprofessional nurses. My parents have been taking my sister to this Pediatrics ever since she was born from Dr Tung to Dr Lamson. Every time I make an appointment there’s a problem with the nurses and their disgusting attitude towards my parents and I even at the office. There was many incidents where we made an appointment, then came on that day we went to office and they said it’s on a different day. And it was never on a weekday that we pick and was available. So after those incidents, when we call them to make appointments we would had to have a witness present while we were on the phone making an appointment. Come to today, never had an issue with our insurance. Came in and the nurses were already giving an attitude right off the bat. They asked if we updated our insurance which we did but that was back in early 2024. We already had our last visit back in November of 2024. They claimed that the patient insurance was “not activated” but when I called the insurance company they said that it was activated and was able to used. So whoever was in charge today, was lazy and did not want to punch in those insurance numbers. It was very unfortunate that we will be switching to a different pediatrician due to the nurses attitude. I honestly hope the doctor reads this and takes this review into consideration.

I think the doctor should look for new front desks that are more professional and ethical because the two he has are awful and are annoying, they never answer the phone and the one with yellow hair is worse, she speaks with hate and yells, her attitude is very stupid and arrogant. My son is leaving this pediatrician not because of the doctor, he is very good but his front desk is disgusting, the customer service is 0 out of 10

I am truly frustrated with this practice. However, the actual doctor is kind and really cares for his patients but the front desk is horrible!! I’ve moved and needed my kids medical records to be transferred. The new Dr office sent a fax to request it on 7/10 it is now 7/30. It’s been 3 weeks now and we still haven’t received it. I called a couple days ago to ask if they’ve received a fax and the lady on the phone said she hasn’t checked it all weekend. I called the new dr office to make sure they were sending the fax request to the right number and it’s confirmed they received it. My kids are going back to school soon and I desperately need their medical records sent to the new Dr office. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I’ve been trying to call them and no one ever answers the phone nor can you leave any voicemails.

Good luck trying to get your kids records from This place! Dr.Nguyen is great but his admin staff are beyond atrocious. Nobody answers the phone and if they ever do they don’t want to do any work at all. 3 weeks and counting now and we can’t get any records for our kids. This is insane

The Dr is very friendly and the staff súper nice! They are very flexible.

The doctor I met today was one of the most unprofessional and inappropriate doctors I have ever encountered. Not only does he show no respect for his patients, but his behavior and speech lack any sense of professionalism or humanity. His conduct was completely unbecoming of a doctor. I strongly recommend not wasting your time with this doctor.

I can’t recommend Dr. Nguyen enough. His level of service and care is second to none. He truly cares about the children he sees and is very passionate. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Several of my friends’ kids see Dr. Nguyen as well and they are so excited to see him ! A child excited to see their Pediatrician says a lot about the Pediatrician. His clinic is a proof that you don’t need a fancy clinic to provide stellar care. My 5 year old daughter and I volunteered to help for his annual food drive and she loved it.

Zero star! I took my 2-year-old daughter to see this doctor, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor was unprofessional and disrespectful, particularly towards my wife. He refused to let her accompany our child into the exam room, insisting that only the child should be there. He also dismissed my wife’s input, which was crucial for explaining our child’s condition, and instead said that the mother should stay outside. his behavior exhibited elements that we found to be racist. This was deeply disappointing Additionally, the doctor refused to provide an interpreter, nor would he allow any family member to assist with translation, which made communication even more difficult. His attitude came across as dismissive, as though he believed our visit was a waste of his time. It was clear that he did not act like a professional doctor, and his behavior was more akin to being rude and unhelpful. It’s truly unfortunate to have such a negative experience, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
