List of Randall Todd Myers's Reviews
Dr. Myers has attended to me, as well as several friends and family members, over the past decade. Not only is he incredibly experienced and highly knowledgeable, his bedside manner is perhaps what I find the most remarkable. He genuinely listens to his patient and clearly takes their concerns to heart. Because his demeanor is always calm and professional, he is able to more quickly get to the heart of the problem and start working toward a solution. His steady and even personality has helped bring me a sense of confidence in him as a doctor that I have rarely experienced with other general practitioners. His advice and treatment have ranged from diagnosing skin conditions, potential infections, serious psychological issues and even potentially complicated neurological disorders. His approach is not only thorough but, perhaps most importantly, kind and gentle. I cannot recommend Dr. Myers more highly and am grateful to have had his medical assistance.
Randy is smart and caring. Great demeanor.
I experienced what I believed to be Bells Palsy with some face paralysis. I went to urgent care and expressed that I also had pain in my neck to the top if my head. Urgent care Dr. became concerned and immediately said to go to ER where I was assigned to Dr. Myers after a 2.5 hour wait. I was mostly worried because the urgent care doc had sent me there as if I should be. I was never given a room space and sat on a bed in front of the central doctors/nursing station where I watched Dr. Myers go to and fro, socializing long before he approached me. I honestly felt as if I was being sized up or judged by him as if he was reluctant. He evenhad a colleague to call and interrupt the consult in case he needed an out. He said it was bells palsy and was ready to dismiss the other doctor's suggestions for scans. He questioned what meds I was on. He questioned me as if he didn't believe me. I had to INSIST on getting a CT scan. It was not an equitable experience at all as a woman of color.
I experienced many problems over a 3 day period. I got a very high fever and felt very faint, shortly after I felt a strong pain form in my lower right side. I began vomiting and the pain was much worse. We rushed to the Fairfax hospital emergency room. The first emergency room doctor he explained to us that it might be appendicitis. Then Dr. Myers came in. Immediately Dr. Myers was giving me an attitude. My charts showed all my numbers were high (white blood count) and he did not show attention. Not a single one of my test we’re clear enough to see what was wrong, but Dr. Myers did not care. At one point I asked him “can you please help me, I’m in so much pain” and his response was “there’s noting wrong with you” and began laughing and said I was faking. The next day I was at Loudoun INOVA hospital getting my appendix taken out, and having pictures to prove it was infected while I was under the “care” of Dr. Myers. He did not believe me, and I lost all trust in Fairfax hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
