Pro: seems like nice guy, relatively prompt on responding to emails Con: the stitches were not neat/pretty so large scar. Not as through as I’d like seemed to care more about his success rate. Lastly His anesthesiologist at McLean was a hot head.

Our daughter came home from her first year in college to get a bunion surgery. It's only been 6 weeks, but she has been walking on it and doing great! We have a scuba diving trip planned in 1 more week and she is cleared to dive! We have been amazed at how well the surgery went and how she has healed. Dr. Sanders and his team have been excellent throughout the process. We will be back to get her second foot done at her Christmas visit home from school!

I have nothing but outstanding things to say about Dr. Sanders. I broke my foot playing lacrosse. Literally the next morning he was able to squeeze me in for a visit after my X-Ray at Urgent Care. He walked me through my options and was able to perform surgery the next day (the speed alone I was amazed by). After 2 weeks I was walking with a boot, 2 months walking/jogging and now 3 months later I am about to start playing lacrosse again after snapping my fifth metatarsal in half. Truly amazed by how fast Dr. Sanders and his team were able to move to get me back on the field. Sander's team is absolutely outstanding as well. I walked into the office expecting a typical doctor's office vibe. The exact opposite. They are heavy on technology, super speedy and provide incredible resources. The X-Ray guy needs a raise. Bottom line, if you have the same misfortune I did, whether playing sports or just living life and jack up your feet, I effusively recommend Dr. Sanders and his team!

Dr. Sanders and his team are amazing. My daughter was nervous about getting a cast and the entire office made sure she was comfortable throughout the process. The team went above and beyond creating a cast that was her own unique vision. We arrived in tears and left smiling. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanders.

Dr. Sanders was a true breath of fresh air after dealing with a chronic ankle injury for 15 years. He listened to my concerns and understood that my pain and restrictions were a limiting factor; even if they weren’t “disabling.” I felt like I could trust Dr. Sanders to assess my past injury, current issues, and figure out the best path forward. We tried physical therapy but after limited progress, opted for a steroid injection. I truly appreciate Dr. Sanders’ “conservative” approach relative to opting for surgery which I went in ready to do (based on past assessments.) If you need help for an acute injury or long term, Dr. Sanders is the doctor for the job. I say this as someone with a life long history of being a patient with chronic illness and also as a health services research who specializes in value-based payment.
