Vineet Mehan's Online Review Report Card

I was so lucky to have Dr. Mehan for the surgery of my cut finger tendon. He is a perfect surgeon, has exceptional communication skills and also has a great team. I was so nervous when I first started talking to him about my finger cut. I was visiting my brother from Turkey, I did not know if my tendon was completly cut, whether I would need an operation or not. Actually I was even thinking to go back to Turkey, if I was told that an operation would be needed. Dr. Mehan told me that the tendon was completly cut and an operation is a must. But the way he explained eveything so smoothly and in such confidence, helped me decide in a few minutes to have the operation right there with Dr. Mehan. I definitely made the best decision. I knew that I was in good hands. Everything went perfectly. When I came back to Turkey, recovery has taken place just as Dr. Mehan informed me. The doctors here also appreciated Dr. Mehan's surgery very mcuh; saying that I definitely was very lucky to have such a doctor. They were also surprised that I could use my left hand as before in such a time. Thank you all for eveything.

Dr. and staff treat you as a number and not a patient. Know you will never see doctor in hospital post op, they just take pictures and send to him. He only sees patients 3.5 hours a week and cuts the rest. He has so many staff working for him, it is about the money, not the patient or the care. I would never recommend him or his practice to anyone. They ignore allergies, miss staples in removal, it goes on and on.

Dr. Mehan and his whole office are defiantly first rate. I recommend them for anyone who needs quality plastic surgery/

Dr.Mehan went above and beyond to assure me when I had questions regarding my surgery. The compassion he shows to his patients is also reassuring, especially when having a surgery and feel overwhelmed with the unknowns.

I was very satisfied with my surgery, which was an emergency due to a deep infection down to the bone. The outcome was just as expected and there were no complications. It was painful and challenging but Dr Mehan and his team were very good at making me comfortable and answering all my questions. Dr. Mehan has a nice manner and it really takes the edge off a stressful situation. The staff are all friendly. The one area I would say needs improvement is the check-in process which seems overly complicated and the waiting room is frequently over-crowded.

Dr Is great. But getting a surgery set up is bad. Been waiting almost two months and the surgery scheduler doesn’t seem to care or follow up or assist me. I’m about to find another surgeon maybe.

I was in the hospital due to an infection after my bilateral lung transplant and Dr.Mehan was the Doctor that came in and told me that he was going to be doing the surgery for me. He made me feel very comfortable. He performed 2 surgeries on me and then I had an office visit 1 week after i left the hospital. When i went into the office the nurses were so caring,I was in pain and they did everything to try to make me comfortable. They got me water and adjusted the chair so I wouldn't feel as much pain. Dr.Mehan is funny so it makes you feel good! I could not have asked for a better Doctor office. The nurses there are the best!
