I was able to call and make an appointment with him the end October. He is friendly and I didn't have any problems with the eye exam. He gave me a set of contacts to try for a week to see how they worked or if the prescription needed to be changed. He wanted me to call back to let them know if they could order the contacts for me. It is now a month later and I have not been able to reach anyone to order my contacts. I work 7:45-3:45 so their hours of 8:30-3:30 do not make it possible to go by in person. My husband went by today before he went to work and told them to call me. They still have not called me back. Their phone number doesn't ring just plays music then you get a voicemail but can't leave a message because the mail box is full.

I like Dr. Kingsley and have been trying to schedule an appt but his rude and disrespectful staff don’t like to answer the phone and when they do you get put on hold just to be hung up on.

The staff was kind and VERY knowledgeable. Dr. Kingsley was very thorough and funny! I left knowing that I had a great exam! They also took covid precautions.

Dr. Kingsley says he will replace your glasses, no problem, if not satisfied.However, when I returned for the fix, he over talked me the whole time. Unfortunately, as a result I again had glasses that he was paid for that were no good to me. Consequently, I went back in and the exam began. Then the staff, the very large white lady and the very short black gentleman started closed meetings, which were quite obvious and unprofessional. For some reason, maybe my appearance, the doctor waited until all the other patients were gone before telling he was not going to see me. He stated that flagged my file the last time I had to return the glasses. He state he does not see patients again, once he attempts a repair. During that same visit lady left complaining the the Dr. was being rude because she wanted to buy her frames from Walmart. Done with this guy, he gotten old and resentful for some reason, it appears. Very rude and condescending to me. Good luck if you go.

Dr Kingsley cares about his patients goes the extra mile and is extremely knowledgeable I wouldn't go to anyone else in this area.

The appointment itself was fine, but because of Dr. Kingsley's rude and very unprofessional response (among other actions) to not purchasing frames from him, we will not be returning. I would not recommend this office. You can get cheaper and more professional service elsewhere.
