Always having problems getting my prescriptions called in correctly, never can get noone on the phone to talk to about it. I recently had the corona virus, And dr.pruitt is my doctor so I called and informed them of that and asked could they please call me in some albuterol to the pharmacy after leaven several message someone called back and their response was go to the emergency room, unprofessional I wouldn't recommend.

He is the best Doctor. He take time and listen to any concern you have and help you through. Knew him since he was in woman’s clinic. I will recommend anybody to see him that is my opinion.

He has been and will continue to be my Primary Medical Care physician. He is very thorough and kind. He always has time to discuss my illnesses and any other concerns I have. Dr. Pruitt is kind and respectful, and has a good sense he humor. He takes good care of me.

Poor follow through regarding record management. Disorganized office for which the patient is blamed and forced to fix an internal problem using external resources.

Unprofessional Doctor and back office Staff. Very poor choice for a Family Physician. Inconsiderate Doctor who uses internet to attempt to diagnose patients.Wait time is typically over an hour past your appointment time. You will also spend hours following up on him to call in your prescriptions, call in Doctor referrals and call you with results from tests. I recommend that you avoid Dr. Pruitt, his poor back office staff and Midlothian Family Practice as your choice for Family Doctors.
