Been a patient for about five years. The wait time is terrible. Usually at least 30-45 minutes. Dr. Carmack tells you like it is. He does not sugar coat the situation. He is very caring and encouraging as far as support goes.

I agree with first rating given. HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR MEDICAL OFFICE. He takes NO time with you or concerns. Could care less about you if you are upset. VERY gruff. NURSES COME AND GO AS MGT. LIKE FLIES. Only Dr. Robert is great. Unfortunately full to take new patients. Saw as fit in.

Dr Carmack refused to provide my insurance company with the information to continue my receiving medications he had provided me in the past. I ended up having to go to his office for a visit, at which time he lead me to believe he would send the information needed for me to get my medications. He did not and then proceeded to put me on medication we discussed and he stated he would document I could not take. In trying to address this, some of his office staff did not get messages to him, telling me otherwise. Finally, my insurance refused payment of the unnessary visit because his office refused to provide the additional information that was requested. The medication was nothing more than medication for GERD. The staff there including Dr Carmack and their billing office are nonaccomidating, do not listen, and in my eyes are poor providers and examples of what is wrong with healthcare, or should i say lack thereof, today. I would not recommend them as a provider!!!

After frustration with two previous Doctors, I got an appointment with Dr. Carmack the same day I called. He has been my family doctor for over twenty years now.Completely satisfied and will continue to utilize his services until either he retires or I expire.

FABULOUS! Nurse, Aggie was great. Doctor was very knowledgable. Sat down and discussed my isses - was not rushed at all. Very enjoyable and helpful experience!
