I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Kleiner's for many years, even referred my mom to him. Over the years we have developed a great working relationship and I enjoy the visits and the fact that he is so willing to train future doctors-to-be, allowing them assist at these visits. With me he is patient, kind, caring, and allows me to be a participant and even leader in my care. He often walks me down to the lab himself. I recently needed phone consultations with him when I was out of state on an extended visit that required changes of medication. He was quick to respond, make adjustments, and care for me. Mark has an unassuming personality but is very deep and sweet. I appreciate his up-to-date study of current medical news and feel I am in very competent hands in his care.

He has been my physician for over 10 years, always listens, and has a great bedside manner. He has always been there for me, understanding, caring and has a great dis-position! I highly recommend him! He is the only one I see.

I had my routine Pap smear done in Sept 2018. Dr. Mark Kliener called me Dec. 4th 2019, that I had an abnormal test result. 14 MONTHS LATER. Every time I leave his office, he tells me “no news is good news.” He completed neglected my health and my trust. He never apologized, just simply told me and my mother that it was very unlikely that I had cervical cancer at my age. I have seen another professional doctor who had my colposcopy results delivered to me in 2 days, because she felt I deserved to know as quickly as possible. My results have come back negative, thankfully! I know abnormal Pap smear test are common, but that doesn’t make it any less scary to know your health is not 100%. I would highly recommended switching doctors if you are under the care of Dr. Kliener of CVFP in Forest, VA. And if he has performed a Pap smear on you or anyone you know, CALL.

Came in with a specific issue, he didn't address it. Walked out with some medications unrelated to condition and still have the problem. Had to go see a different doctor.

The doctor might has well been asleep I got completely written off for twice the cost of going to an urgent care place that's actually busy and still had a more thorough examination there .

Excellent doctor who is professional and caring. He is my son's primary care physician and knows how to talk to my son and explain things so that we are all on the same page. Highly recommended.
