Very rude poor bedside manner
Rude and unqualified
Rudest and most unqualified doctor I ever met!!!!!
Perfect repair of my daughter’s facial wounds after an accident.
Rudest and most unqualified doctor I've ever come across! He repeatedly kept calling me a liar and a drug addict in the ER, because I was going through severe suboxone withdrawal.
RUDEST AND MOST UNQUALIFIED DOCTOR I EVER MET!!!!
Took my daughter in for excessive pain after tonsillectomy performed two weeks prior in Richmond. Dr. Sims was very quick to look in her mouth, say "That looks like a tonsillectomy" order labs and pain med IV in a matter of a few mins. He never looked in her ears, felt her neck or asked her where it hurt. We followed up with our pediatrician a day later and she found that my daughter had double ear infections. Had Dr. Sims looked in her ears that day, he would have found the infection.
Aside from a cruel bedside manner he made significant diagnostic errors that required emergency attention by another physician.
I was seen by Dr. Sims in the ER. He was cold, even cruel at times, and misdiagnosed me. He told me that I had miscarried and had "no hope". He was wrong, my baby was fine. When I was in pain he told me "well, what do you expect?" He did not respond when I lost consciousness and his nurse called in another doctor and apologized for Dr. Sims' poor treatment of me. This man should not be seeing patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
