Dr. Visioni went over my X-rays thoroughly and answered all my questions. He listened carefully to my condition description and asked appropriate clarifying questions. He explained the pros and cons of treatments and provided an honest opinion on the success of the procedures. I highly recommend him!!

My husband was seen in ER due to a car accident and severe neck pain. he was given an MRI of his neck and kept overnight for observation. The next day, Dr Visioni came in to see him and told my husband his neck was perfectly fine. My husband returned to ER just a couple of days later with an infection in his arm from the IV that was put in. The treating physician asked my husband if anyone told him the results about his recent MRI of his neck and we told him yes, told him Dr Visioni released him from the hospital telling my husband nothing was wrong with his neck then the Dr gave my husband a concerning look and said his neck was NOT fine and suggested we seek an orthopedic Dr asap so we did. Turns out my husband has 4 bulging discs in his neck among other issues from that accident. Stay away from Visioni. He either doesn't know how to read an MRI or he just picks and chooses who he helps + I do not reccomend!

The office staff greeted me quickly, efficiently and I was called back for my appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Visioni was professional, pleasant and friendly. He listened to my concerns about my pain, explained that because I have had three previous surgeries and other treatments over the years, I probably know that my spine conditions will likely always be something I will have to contend with. He gave me a referral to the pain management office and recommended a possible treatment that i have not yet tried, but am now going to consider. I highly recommend him to anyone needing care for problems with the spine. I feel that I am in great hands and have the utmost confidence in him and his staff.

He did my neck surgery and it was great he is very friendly and his staff treats you well. Every thing he told me was spot on.

During my first visit to Dr. Visioni’s often I was truly impressed and ecstatic that I was becoming one of their patients. The welcoming from the front desk staff was filled with a warming courtesy that instantly reassured me that I had chosen the right doctor. The assistant as well as the PA greeted me and spoke with such a caring disposition whereas I couldn’t wait to meet the doctor. Dr. Visioni was extremely detailed as he had prepared for my appointment through the means of my previous health records, recent images and a vision of what was to come next. He sincerely discussed my case concerning the risk with or without the surgical possibilities. Through his preparedness together we made the right decision to move forward with surgery. On the day of surgery I got to see firsthand his commitment to the patient as well as his colleagues doing whatever was required to ensure the best possible patient care. As we all know the success of the operating rooms scheduling is based around the required patient care however, there are incidents that may predict otherwise for scheduling due to emergencies. I was kept informed of the surgery timeframe changes by the RN attendees and Dr. Visioni’s awesome patient care bedside mannerisms. During my post surgery follow-up Dr. Visioni’s professionalism spoke volume once again to his commitment of being an outstanding neurosurgeon.

He was absolutely no help for me. He actually said he wouldn't even help me. This man is actually responsible for the death of a family friend of mine. He misdiagnosed her, my mom and myself. He has NO bedside manner at all. I now see someone in Richmond who has treated me with respect and kindness and has resolved my health issue. By the look of the reviews his office only responds to the positive feedback and not all feedback. Avoid "Dr." Visioni at all costs!

I have been to SEVERAL doctors with the same symptoms and no one was able to even give me a hope of what could be wrong. Dr. Visioni said it was not a nerve issue in my neck BUT said that it could possibly be Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I never heard of this. When I looked it up, every symptom matched what I have been experience for too many years. I was able to find a doctor in INOVA (Dr. Reagan Quan) who has accurately diagnosis with this condition. So THANK YOU Dr. Visioni for being knowledgable and versed in other areas of medicine. You seek the healing of your patients regardless if you are the doctor or not.

I have had 2 REALLY great experiences at the office. Danyelle, his PA, was so kind and listened to my current situation and asked great questions. When I followed up with Dr. Visioni, he was great. He gave me options and worst case scenarios so I know what can happen. He gave me the freedom to decide without pressure.
