Allison Goodlett's Online Review Report Card

Can never get an appointment, the only time they’ll try and see if is for the yearly check up, they’ll tell you to go to urgent care.

Dr. Goodlett is Amazing! Both my children love her and her staff. We switched to her about three years ago as our pediatrician at the time was retiring.

Both of our children have been seeing Dr. Goodlett and the amazing staff since birth. We love it there and the kids are never afraid or nervous to see them. The entire staff is always patient and willing to answer any questions and you just feel comfortable and confident about your children every time you leave there. The office is always clean and the staff always has a smile on their face. We’ve even been there during very busy times and you never feel rushed or like they are ever anything but 100% focused on your kids. We definitely know we have the best pediatrician for our kids!

I love Dr Goodlett. Very professional and my daughter loves her as well. Have been going to her for 2 and a half years since my daughter was a preemie.

Dr. Allison Goodlett is AMAZING!! I don’t trust my children with anyone else! I trust her judgement more then anyone’s! We have been seeing her for over 8 years! We WON’T see any other doctor! In fact, we moved to a nearby town but we still drive to her clinic for the kids to see her as their Pediatrician! She has always been spot on her diagnosis! She has been a lifesaver literally for our family! I have always been able to get an appointment whenever we needed. Even if it was something urgent and she didn’t have availability, she would somehow fit us in. I have never had to take them to an urgent care. She is very timely with her appointments. It’s not like some doctor offices where you wait 2 hours just to even get your name called. I have almost never waited more than 5-10 mins to be called. Most of the time they call us as soon as we check in. She has called us personally on multiples occasions to check on the kids herself. I have 3 children and she has each one of their medical history memorized from over past eight years! Like seriously, I’m talking small details that even I don’t remember! Lol I don’t know how she does it! She takes her time to listen and examine the kids. No matter what questions or how many concerns you have she doesn’t get bothered or make you feel rushed. She explains in a way to help you understand and also put you at ease. I swear she has some magic, the way she interacts with the kids they become so relaxed and comfortable. She doesn’t do medications unnecessarily nor does she hold them off to long. She has very reasonable judgement and is straight down the middle. And yes, it’s sad that we have to state this but she uses COMMON SENSE and REASON! It’s sad but true! Some doctors don’t poses this trait. She always has the best staff! From the receptionist to the nurses! They are all amazing, friendly, well trained and super efficient at their jobs! I’m so thankful we found Dr. Allison Goodlett! I don’t trust my children’s lives with anyone else!!! She truly goes above and beyond! We are like family! In fact, if it’s been sometime since a visit my children ask me when we will see her again. That they miss her. She truly is one of a kind!

Dr. Goodlett and her team are the absolute best! I couldn’t be happier with our experiences at their office. Professional, courteous, and always welcomed with a smiling face.

Dr. Goodlett is the best pediatrician in town. I wouldn't take my kids to anyone else. She is very caring and actually listen to the parents concern she has always made me feel comfortable with her. and her staff is great..

Do not go to this doctor. She has misdiagnosed my son multiple times. Every single time she has said my 5 year old son has allergies and it ended up being Bronchitis or pneumonia. This has happened more than once. The last time I took him yet again said he had allergies. Took him the next day he had an xray done. She walked down to the lab and looked at his xray and said it was normal. Then the radiologist took a look and said he did in fact have bronchitis. The 3rd day I called the office and said I had given my son Motrin and his fever was 103.2. It kept getting higher. All the nurse told me that Dr. Goodlett said to push fluids and if he turns BLUE go to the ER or call 911. I said I hope to God that doesn't happen because if something bad happens to my child I will sue Dr. Goodlett. After I hang up with the Nurse Ashley Dr. Goodlett calls me and says she doesn't like being threatened and I will be getting a letter in the mail to find a new Pediatrician for my son. I asked her nicely if she could give me a referral and she said very rudely NO. I hung up on her. This doctor does not know her butt from the hole in the ground. She only can diagnose children if it's lab related. Stay far away from her. Far away.

Dr. Goodlett has been my pediatrician for as long as I can remember. Every time I've visited she has been extremely nice, polite, and welcoming.
