Is this a joke? If you like wasting an hour of your time, $60, and talking to someone doesn't listen to anything that you are saying, this is the perfect doctor for you.
Super rude, anyone in the office. I said I have emergency, doctor said "I DON'T CARE."
Dr. Kim is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and he takes his time to listen to your concerns. My allergies, food and environmental have been so much better since I switched to Dr. Kim. The staff is friendly and there is rarely a wait time.
STAFF IS GREAT. PARKING IS HORRIBLE.
Dr. Kim, you’re the best! I would recommend you to all my friends and family members but I was upset with your staff who is in charge of sending the prescription to the pharmacy. It’s been 3 days after the visit, the prescription was not sent to the designated pharmacy. I called the clinic 4 times for follow up and the staff told me that it was sent already. I kept calling the pharmacy if the prescription has been sent already and unfortunately nothing. We were there for my son’s allergy test last Monday, Aug. 16, 2021. Until now we have not gotten the medicine prescribed. WHY?
Dr. Kim is an amazing man. He is compassionate and thorough. He goes beyond the required basics of care and thinks outside the box for the benefit of his patients.
Dr. Kim was EXTREMELY DISTURBED and RUDE when I visited today. He is listed under my insurance's provider list but the receptionists couldn't find my insurance information. So I called my insurance company to attempt to clear things up and then Dr. Kim came up to me and told me that he wouldn't take me as a patient no matter what because "our relationship was already bad" and he could "tell that we were going to have problems in the future." I couldn't believe that these words could come out of a doctor's mouth as it was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for in this type of situation. I was calmly trying to figure out my insurance information with the receptionists but the receptionists, along with Dr. Kim, refused to help me and even gave me rude groans when I asked them to speak to my insurance company for me (which they're supposed to do since they're officially listed as a provider that takes my insurance). I really don't understand how Dr. Kim's office is still able to operate with his unprofessional and psychotic manner and his extremely rude receptionists.
Dr. Andrew Kim was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got my immunization here and when I came back to ask for the record, the staff directed me to talk with Dr. Kim. He mentioned they are trying to find my records but it might had been lost. I requested to find it soon, and Dr. Kim said "We can't just drop everything and find your records for you! You should've requested this much more in advance. NY state law states that we are good as long as the record is provided within 30 days!" Are you kidding me? Be prepared to give a 30 day notice when you request your records. You will be lucky if they could even find your records. Both Dr. Kim and the staff there are extremely unprofessional and rude. This place is very disorganized and one of the worst medical offices I have seen.
Dr. Kim is an incredible physician. He is very attentive to his patients. I began seeing him when I was in high school and continued seeng him through college and law school. He is one of those few doctors who actually listens to their patients and is happy to explain how treatment will work. He takes the time to get to know his patients and he truly cares about their wellbeing. I strongly recommend him as an allergist.
great service.treat you like your own brother.as long as you make appointment you will be seen promptly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
