Good things 1st: doctor Hines is kind and caring, and successfully delivered my baby. However, You will endure 9 months of obsession with covid if you choose them for your care. They will call you incessantly to ask if you have covid or have been around anyone with covid. Then they will make you answer the same questions when you get to the office and take your temperature every time, even though you just stated that you have no symptoms. They have a cup of "clean" pens and a cup of "dirty" pens. They will spray any forms you touch with lysol like you're some sort of plague spreader. You'll sit in the waiting room for ages wearing your mandatory mask even though it's bad for your unborn baby. The last straw for me was after I had the baby they wanted me to come in for labs but when I planned to sit in the waiting room nursing my NEWBORN BABY, they stopped me and said "sorry no children". ?!? Seriously? This is an OB. I don't know if it's like this everywhere, but...

THIS OFFICE IS AMAZING! Dr. Brenda Hines saved my son's life 9 years ago. My son was 9lbs 13oz and 22 1/2 inches long. He wasnt breathing for 2:13 sec at birth! Had this woman not been there god only know what would have been my son's destiny! I love her to death! She is soo sweet, kind and thoughtful. She cares so much more than just doing her job. She woke up for me at 5 in the morning drinking coffee on the phone telling me what I was doing was wonderful, wonderful lol ! Telling me to take a shower, maybe do my make up if i choose. To go ahead eat some breakfast and shell meet me there in a bit ! AMAZING ! love you Dr. Hines BRITNEY HUFFMAN

I had Dr. Hines as my obgyn for when I was pregnant with my son. Eight yrs later and I still sing her praises of what an amazing doctor she is. Her bedside manner and her knowledge was amazing. She kept me calm and reasured through my whole pregnancy. No longer live in VA and I refuse to be pregnant again because I can't have her as my Dr.

Negligent Dr. And staff. Staff violates HIPPA laws. Dr. Hines is ignorant and uneducated with endometriosis diagnosis and treatments. Do NOT go here.

I can't express enough how horrible my experience has been with this office. My first pregnancy should have been a wonderful experience instead Dr. Hines has turned out to be a doctor I've still never met even though I'm now halfway through my pregnancy and my husband has not been allowed to any appointments including any of his own child's sonograms they will not even let you use your phone to FaceTime your spouse for the scans or visits siting HIPA rules which in no way should be used against you allowing yourself access to your own information but they do. So fathers/partners you aren't welcome or included you don't matter to this doctor at all and I'm not even sure if this woman will let you be present for the birth of your own child so I'm looking for another doctor. I can literally thank this office for nothing as they provided the least amount of support possible for us.

Dr. Hines and her staff are an amazing group of professionals! When I became of Medicare age, my OBGYN group no longer would accept me as a patient. I searched the web and found that Dr. Hines did, indeed, treat Medicare patients and had excellent reviews as well. Dr. Hines, herself, is a very kind and caring physician. She spent a great deal of time with me and made me feel so comfortable. I also saw Jacqueline Smith, her PA, and she was wonderful and also spent a lot of valuable time with me. Not only is the medical staff excellent, so are the other staff members who make New Beginnings run so smoothly. The receptionist is kind and thorough. Carla, her nurse, is so very nice when getting you ready to see the doctor/PA. What I love especially is that when you have any sort of test, Ms. Wallace (I believe that's her name) calls you immediately once the results are in. You can also read the results and notes from the doctor/PA on their portal. New Beginnings is the way to go

My daughter had laparoscopy and almost bled to death. Three trips to ER and emergency surgery within three weeks thankfully by another GYN saved her.

Dr. Hines is a wonderful Doctor! she is very pleasant and really cares about her patients, great bedside manner, really listens to you and she always ask you, do have any questions and always listens intensively. She possess so much love and care and I always feel very comfortable and she is one of the best doctor. She loves people and children and she is very positive and shows concern. She delivered my 2 boys, which are now 11 years and 13 years old. I highly recommend Dr. Hines to anyone who is looking for an OB Gyn. Trust that you will be in Great hands for you and for your new or expectant baby. Wonderful office and staff and I love the beautiful pictures so warm and soothing, relax and calm and when Dr. Hines enters the room, you can feel this positive energy, because everything is going to be ok.
