Dr. Hoff was highly professional in his demeanor and conversation, he gave me a very specific diagnosis of the cause of lower back pain and pain in my right leg and a prescription to relieve the pain and a recommendation for a specialist for long term treatment!

This doc completely ignored the reason I went to the ER at 3 AM and he ran around for 3 hours making me wait in a hot room while he dispatched others to run tests that I DID NOT WANT AND DID. IT COME HERE FOR. I had a deep wound on my hand with exposed tendons and I needed sutures or surgical tape and some basic wound care. I came in with a burn from boiling water which he refused to treat. He discharged with an open wound from a 3rd-degree burn, no bandaging, no Silvadene cream or other burn appropriate ointment/cream, and no matter how much I begged him, or the dozens of nurses at the station, or even the ct tech... treatment was refused, and Mary Washington has claimed it was "appropriate treatment". I was treated at Stafford ER for a severe infection and I have never in my life felt more compassion and concern from a doctor in my life. Dr Hoff is an amazing doctor
