Providers are great. Has definitely gone downhill since it switched to Carenow instead of Bettermed. Billing has been wrong every time I’ve been there since the switch and requires multiple phone calls to get fixed. I thought the kinks would get worked out eventually, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Awesome service. Girls are very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to wait they took me right back and doctor came in few mins. I only go to Better meds now. Use to go to PCU. No more.

Very friendly staff and easy online registering. Was able to see me really quick. Down fall was no xray tech in so had to go to another location for xray.

Tabitha and Dr. Rachel were outstanding. My 17mo old had a small head wound that needed to be closed. They assessed the situation to give us our options. While we were waiting my little one became restless and Tabitha came to the rescue with stickers and paper to distract him. By the time we left they were best friends and all smiles. The level of compassion and understanding when dealing with my toddler was amazing. Great care and transparency.

Went in for a urinalysis. Very quick. Lab technician was super professional and made the entire process comfortable. She was thorough and explained the process in its entirety. Competences is hard to come by these day but this place has it downpacked!

Charged for "after hours" care during hours of operation. Most insurance won't cover this surprise extra charge.

Receptionist was super nice. Nurse Tabitha was amazing. However, there’s only 1 nurse and 1 provider so be prepared to be there 2+ hours. Honestly, the ER might have been quicker.
