Dr. Pai was very kind and professional. His staff has a process that’s very efficient. The only issue I had was getting an appointment and a procedure scheduled it’s a bit of a wait.

Dr Pai himself is outstanding but the office personnel leave A LOT to be desired. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. They say you miss appointments you were not even scheduled for. I will be finding another gastro Dr because of the poor office staff that try to make people feel like they are doing you a favor

Dr. Pai and his Staff - especially his P. A. Stephanie - provide me with exceptional care. Their Practice is sympathetic and compassionate. They have consistently put in the extra effort to help me with referrals to other physicians, and with prescription authorizations. They return calls in a timely manner and they are always genuinely concerned with helping me correct a problem. I have never experienced such a level of responsiveness from a medical practice. As a result, my chronic condition has improved dramatically. This is a five star Medical Practice.

Dr.Pai has been my daughters Gastroenterologist for years and has been the best doctor. He's gentle with her given her medical history of P.P.M.S and Chronic Ulcerative Colitis. His bedside manner is warm, and he always listens to her every concern with compassion and seriousness. I, as I know she highly recommends him if you're looking for a wonderful doctor that cares. I also want to add that the staff at this office have always been courteous and nice. We've never had a problem with anyone we've dealt with there. They're always helpful and understanding.

As a returning customer this practice insisted on another “consultation” before scheduling my repeat colonoscopy procedure. Totally unnecessary. After three telephone conversations all required information had been exchanged and the only thing left to do was schedule the procedure. This “consultation” was nothing more than a thinly veiled effort to charge me more fees. In this pandemic era where medical and financial resources are under severe stress, this is unconscionable. The front offeristaff lied by saying “it is required for insurance purposes” and it is not - especially for a returning patient. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I have had excellent experience with Dr. Pai. After several months of attempting to get a diagnosis on persistent chest/upper back pain, I finally went to Dr. Pai who knew immediately what it was and he was correct - esophogeal ulcers. After 3 months of run-around with other doctors, he started me on medication and I was better in 2 weeks.

Performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Procedures went fine. Treatment for GERD was effective, Very good doctor and practice with other good doctors like Dr. Wong for backup situations.
