List of Cindy Marrow's Reviews
Cindy Marrow is a total bítćh of a doctor and the receptionists who work for her. Very corrupt woman and practice. Beware!
Misdiagnosed for years. Refused to give order for MRI when I had an on going issue. Just the old standard excuses and pass offs, ended up having a medical emergency due to her negligence. Go elsewhere!!!
They don’t answer the phone.
Nothing about this Doctor is great. She sees my mother and my mother lies to her about how she is just fine. It is very clear my mother is an alcoholic and a drug abuser. All Dr. Marrow does is write prescriptions. She has misdiagnosed many times leaving my mother in the hospital due to serious heart issues. She does not know her patients. She does not look @ her patients when they talk. She believes people like my mother with a serious mental issue get away with not getting help or rehab. What I heard she was kicked out of Fredericksburg to move here to Stafford to be a doctor. This doctor needs to be fired and removed from any practice. She is not qualified. She blames everything on UTIs w/ Chronic kidney failure stage 4. It’s not UTIs it’s toxins filtering out from the kidneys causing brown stains & this doctor is not advising dialysis! This doctor has no knowledge of kidneys, diabetes, & general medicine. She will not help if you request for help for patients. Do not go here!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Marrow for years both Fredericksburg and now in Stafford. She is very knowledgeable, caring and personable. We trust her judgment and respect her advice and have nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. She has proven to us that she is a great doctor.
I really like Dr Marrow. The office staff is friendly and helpful and they have a blood draw person right in the office which is ultra convenient!
She has a caring spirit for her patients. Clean and professional atmosphere. Just what I like.
I Have seen Cindy Marrow for well over 10 years. She is a great doctor, listens to you and always gives you the best possible care she can.
Too much to explain here but very disappointed in Dr Marrow over the last few years. The last visit was the worst. Sad that I now have to look around for a new practice. I have been going there since 2006. Since my post above I thought I would follow up. I found a new doctor immediately leaving Dr. Marrow for my complaints. Within 2 weeks of leaving Dr. Marrow my new doctor found 2 concerns... One I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. This new doctor also sent me for imagines of my lung to find a mark on my lung. I was referred to a specialist. Without going into all the details... I know compassion and understanding is great with a doctor but that is not all that is important.
Due to an insurance change, I had to switch to Dr. Marrow. I was a bit nervous about the negative reviews here, but since their practice is close to my house I gave it a try. The office staff was helpful and willing to reschedule my initial appointment. Dr. Marrow herself listened to my concerns and seemed very willing to work with me. Overall, a good experience and I’m glad I went with this office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
