This was my first visit with Dr Brown, and I'm glad that I was referred to her, she takes her time and listens to your concerns. I was disappointed with the check-in. When I arrived for my first visit there were two window open, so I went to the first opened window only to be told to go to the second window, the next person also did the same as me. When I heard the woman at the first window, tell the one who checked me in make the remark "Maybe I need to put up a Neon sign, so they won't keep coming to this window". I thought this was so unprofessional for her to make this remark, mostly because It could be heard in the waiting area. I would suggest putting up a Check-in sign at the appropriate window.

Dr Brown has single handedly prevented me from seeing my elderly parents since the start of covid. He has instilled so much fear in them they are unwilling to visit. I cannot be vaccinated due to a medical condition. Dr Brown is not willing to look at antibodies of people who have had covid. This is not rational. He has no compassion and his views are terribly on sided.

Sadly, my experience with Dr. Dana K. Brown is one of the worst I have had with any doctor. It's a one-sided conversation, with Dr. Brown not listening to the patient, being defensive over questions, poor bed-side manners with rude comments, and a complete lack of compassion towards the patient. I have never had such a poor experience with a doctor. Dr. Brown does not listen to the patient- it is a one-sided conversation. He started basing his diagnosis by my appearance, before even viewing my chart. He has absolutely no bed-side manner, arrogant actions, forgot to prescribe necessary medications, and a rude attitude.
