First appointment I walked out in tears after being told to take Ibuprofen for groin pain, the second appointment was 2 weeks later, still in pain (after waiting for 45 minutes) I just walked out. They must do a good business, but will no longer have mine.

My mom Pat Powers has been a patient for years and he has consistently overseen her bad kidneys. He is kind, thoughtful and in general puts you at ease. I saw him myself 7 years ago and am currently having issues and testing upcoming. Dr. Hoffmans nurse Barbara and PA Rachel are also very responsive and helpful. Barbara helped me get necessary diagnostics ordered. Everytime I call the nurses line she responds immediately. I feel blessed to know my mother and I are in good hands and that the team in this office genuinely cares for their patients.

Dr Hoffman removed a 2 centimeter stone from my left kidney. He was kind caring and did an amazing job. I felt much better after the surgery.He did not over explain the procedure which made me feel less anxious. I would let him operate on me again if I needed surgery.

Dr Hoffman saved my life ( urology of Fredericksburg ) went to emergency rm, kidneys shutting down, creatinine #6 , gfr #11 that's stage 5 kidney failure (worst you can get ) Emergency rm doctor told wife 2 days be back in ambulance bladder not emptying because of prostate thinking about urolift out of Richmond, 3 urologist in spotsylvania Hospital TURP way to go I was scared I don't like pain I was wetting the bed at night, had pain in back, getting up 4 times a night My surprise NO PAIN , 100% normal no leaking, sleeping good, no back pain I'm so glad I had the TURP instead of urolift Doctor Hoffman and his team were great real professionals No Pain and I feel young again
