Fccr Fredericksburg's Online Review Report Card

It’s been nearly 4 months since my intake and I still haven’t met my counselor. I have tried to call, left physical messages at the front desk requesting that she call me, and asked the front desk to put a flag in my chart. Still nothing. I transferred here from 2 clinics. The first clinic honored my takehomes. I was granted the top level of takehomes in 2018 and I have maintained those ever since. We got transferred with Marine Corps so we move a lot. When we came to VA I chose this clinic. They took away all my takehomes despite having clean UA’s since 2018. Parking lot is really sketchy.

Absolute worst clinic ever! Original dose was 70. Got cut in half twice for missing days. Which is whatever. Not even complaining about that. So was on 30 mg. Went into John's Hopkins a week ago and was admitted and had surgery. Called my counselor informing her that I had 3 separate TEAMS of doctors that all worked together and decided to increase me by 10 mg a day til I got to 60mg. Since I was in constant withdrawal and not on a stable dose. Not to mention I turned down other pain meds after surgery and just took methadone. I come in today with a personal typed letter from the doctor stating how much I was dosed each day and why. Also, requested that I be kept at my new stable dose. Along with my other hospital records, bottles of prescriptions, and discharge papers. I was told by the nurse that she couldn't dose me at 60 because they had not brought me up themselves and Technica I missed 7 days and could be kicked out. She then went on to say that she didn't want to to dose me at 30 again because that's half of what I had been dosing. Therefore, she refused to dose me at all because apparently 0 is better than 30? She told me I could come back TUESDAY and they could maybe work it out. (After not dosing Saturday, Sunday, Monday now)) so missing 3 days gives them the right to cut your dose in half! So basically they aren't dosing me til Tuesday so that I will have to start over again and dose back at 30 on their terms. Even though some of the top doctors in the country from John's Hopkins have taken great care to ensure I am/was ok and stable.

This place got me in right away. They are open 7 days a week. The counselors are really good about talking to you. Been going since July 2021!

Since they got the app, i check in but the problem is that instead of getting closer I was getting farther in line, is a desorganización, 4 hours took today last Saturday 3 hours, the director of this place needs to c this in person, something has to get done about this.

This place makes me feel at home!! U have Charles the main security guy who is awesome and always there to greet you and holds the place down!! And the wonderful Sue the main receptionist who remembers everyone's numbers (how!?!) and treats u like a long life friend and willing to help wherever she can or just to give u a hug. What receptionist does that anywhere? Miss Sue does thats who!! And the nurses who dose u always so friendly and listen when u have a problem. The counselors are over booked though. To many clients but they try there best they can do to take care of u. This place has saved mine and my husband's life. I'm forever grateful!!

I drive 2 hours to this clinic and there was an accident on the way to get my dose I even called an told them I would be just a couple minutes late it was 10:02 am and they would not let me dose. This place is nothing but a money racket they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOIR RECOVERY AT ALL!!!!

My life was out of control once again when I first started here almost a year ago. I have had such a good experience with everyone here. Especially the front desk lady Sue. Since my first day walking in she has went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and not out of place . She's the best !!! Happy that I found this treatment center ❤️

I spent 3 years with this clinic and never had any problems. About 5 years ago. I enjoyed the daily group therapy and private counseling also. I was using a mixture of different drugs and this place helped me get my life back! They helped me taper down of the medication at my own pace and I never experienced and withdrawal symptoms. I will forever be grateful for this place and the employees there.

Best place I been to so far

My life was out of control and when I realized I need help these people were kind and understanding about my opiate addiction, and I appreciate the safe environment and regulations and space too take my daily dose, and this type of help allows me too love a functionable life -tymbr-
