I have been a patient of Dr. Detrane since 2014. He is very helpful. He is not the problem-his staff is. The front desk staff is rude, does not return phone calls, and is very UNHELPFUL in trying to get billing details corrected. I also cannot get any nurse to return my phone call regarding medication refills. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone to return my phone call and send in my prescription refill. My pharmacy has contacted them twice. The staff is inattentive and constantly complained that they are too busy. IF they are truly that busy they need to stop taking on new patients. I would NOT recommend this practice to ANYONE. Unfortunately an exceptional doctor with a horrible, lazy staff.

I can't sing the praises of Dr DeTrane enough. But to keep this short: Dr DeTrane personally called me in the evening to check up on me after my procedure. It's been at least 10 years since any doctor has personally called me. At my follow-up appointment, he addressed all my concerns, not rushing me at all.
