I chose this office based on great reviews and am happy to leave a review after my visit! Everyone in the office was so kind and easy to work with! I am someone who hates the dentist so I appreciate hygienists and doctors that create a comfortable experience and take the time to answer questions. Kevin and Dr. Najafe both did just that! All around a great experience.

Don't be impressed by the good reviews, read the bad ones to understand. I came to this clinic as a new patient because I only read the good reviews and I regretted it. It was a huge disappointment. Dr. Farrah was very polite and said that my teeth are great and that I don't have any cavities. When I went to the cleaning room, she did an evaluation and said that I needed a special cleaning for which I would have to pay more than 300 dollars extra. When I said that I didn't want it, I only wanted the cleaning that my insurance covered. She was very rude and said that she couldn't do it because there's no point in doing the regular cleaning; I need to do this special cleaning. I felt embarrassed and ashamed because I can't afford this expense now. So I had to leave without my cleaning. Later I told the girl at the reception that this had never happened to me and that my dentist in Florida never told me about this special cleaning. She looked at me like it's not her problem and didn't say anything. It's all about money What a huge disappointment

Amanda has been my dental hygienist for years and is fantastic, caring, and professional. Doctors Farrah & Najafe have provided all 5 of my family’s dental needs for the last 22 years. Highly recommended

Fredericksburg Family Dentistry is one of the best Dentist offices I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly, the doctor is caring and compassionate, the hygienists do an outstanding job. I had a broken tooth and they scheduled me right in and took care of it quickly. I've gone to them over a year now and plan to stay with them for the long haul. I recommend them to everyone I talk to. Thank you team for your loving kindness
