My son (Tyjae) was seen today for his teeth cleaning which took about five minutes. I called the office and spoke with Nicole about this 5 minute service. Nicole gave me an option to have him come back into the office and have his teeth recleaned or she would not bill my insurance for today’s visit. I chose to not have the insurance billed and he will be going elsewhere. Thank you Nicole for being understanding and not billing the insurance for today’s visit.

My family and I moved to this area last year. My boys were seen here and the moment I walked in I didn’t like the experience at all. I guess I am use to more esthetically pleasing dental offices and more professional setting. They need to upgrade the offices and remodel, the whole place looks cheep and old. And the dentist which I assume is the owner, does not come across as a professional with the way he puts his legs up on the desk and a “I don’t care that much” slack attitude. I think the only reason clients come here is because this is the only place that excepts their insurance🤷🏽♀️because I can’t imagine with all the many other better options out there if you have good insurance. Luckily, I found a much more appealing and professional dentist, much to what my family and I are use to. But if you don’t have high expectations then this is the place for you.

The dentist missed EIGHT CAVITIES! This was after months of shoddy fillings and rudeness. The last straw was when he hushed me when I had breathing problems during an exam. He only cares about your money, don't go to this practice

Ever since we started coming to this Dentist it’s been a bad experience! The receptionist is the only thing good about the place! The Dentist is rude and doesn’t really care about his patients! The way he speaks to people he should be a veterinarian with Dr.Pol! I had canceled a couple of appts and called in trying to make another and instead of just saying YOU CANCELED TOO MUCH WE DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS! They lied and said she had to be seen somewhere else! My pleasure because yall SUCK!

Honestly the best dentist office I’ve been to for a while! They heard all my concerns answered them! The Dentist and the staff was very patient with me and my children!!! I will be going back!!
