Great service, always welcome with friendly smile

I always have the best experience at this dental office. The dental assistant, Gianna, who first brought me into the back was very welcoming and made x-ray taking quick and easy. The hygienist, I believe her name is Toni, is always friendly and informative when it comes to good dental hygiene practices. Dr. Butterworth is so skilled and personable and makes being at a dentist’s office a really enjoyable experience. Thank you guys!

Had an appointment with Dr. Butterworth to treat my 5 year old’s tongue tie. The experience in general was 5-star worthy. From the waiting room, to the staff, to the state of the art treatments Dr. Butterworth offers. We are so glad we chose Smile Center.

The Smile Center in Fredericksburg is amazing! From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the hygienists, to the dentist himself, it’s nothing but professional and friendly people. The decor is chic and modern. You don’t even feel like you’re in a dental office. They were also awesome at treating my 3 year old son while keeping him calm and happy. 5 stars across the board!

I had my 6 month cleaning today and I was on a bit of a time crunch. They got me in a little early and were incredibly professional and efficient, getting me out of there so that I could get to a meeting on time. Love this place!

I loved this office the minute I walked in. The atmosphere is more like a spa. All the employees are absolutely wonderful. I even decided to bring all 6 of my kids. Love this dentist's office.

Urgent Attention Required: I am reaching out in dire need of assistance following a dental crown procedure conducted by Dr. Nil Amin on March 14th. Since then, I have been enduring significant difficulties, as I am unable to properly bite or chew anything as of today, March 18th. My diet has been severely limited to protein shakes due to excruciating discomfort and sensitivity, making even the slightest attempt to consume foods like apples or bananas unbearable. This distressing situation has resulted in a weight loss of 8 pounds within this short timeframe. Despite assurances from the assistant present during the procedure that there would be a follow-up, I have not received any communication to check on my condition. Upon contacting the Fredericksburg Smile Center to report my distressing situation, I was dismayed to learn that Dr. Amin was unavailable that day and the earliest appointment available was scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th. However, given my work commitments, I expressed my unavailability for that time. Despite my circumstances, the receptionist reluctantly scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 3 pm, with a stern warning that any delay would result in cancellation. This alarming lack of follow-up and apparent disregard for patients' well-being post-procedure is deeply troubling. It casts doubt on the clinic's dedication to providing adequate patient care and raises concerns about their ability to thrive in a competitive healthcare market. If this neglect is influenced by racial discrimination, as an Asian patient, I find it utterly unacceptable and demand immediate and appropriate action be taken to rectify the situation.

We went to get my son’s lip and tongue ties laser removed. The office itself is impressive and beautiful. But nothing is more impressive than the staff, and Dr. Butterworth. They are extremely professional, well trained and have suburb bedside manner. They knew just how to sooth my newborn during the procedure. I received a follow up call from the dentist himself following the procedure to ensure my son was recovering well. We made the right decision in coming here. I couldn’t have asked for better. They do 1-2 of these procedures a day.
