Dr. Chandra is an excellent doctor. I was so blessed to have him place a stent for a 99% blockage. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Chandra!
Pathetic doctor. Unbelieveble, arugue with patient and saying you are responsible for your own health even pt was never told about his results. Staff doesnt like to call patients. Seriously you all need to fix your attitude while talking to the patients or their families.
Dr Harish Chandra is an excellent Cardiologist. He is very experienced and dedicated. I recommend Dr. Chandra to anyone who is looking for a caring and detail oriented doctor.
My experience with this office started out great. Dr. Chandra knows his stuff but rushes through visits. Things started going downhill with communication with the staff. Nobody should have to chase around staff to provide testing they say you need STAT. Needless to say, my experience ended very poorly, and I no longer trust him or his staff with my conditions, for this I have found another cardiologist. ...
I think he is a fantastic doctor. He really exerts himself because he loves doing medicine. If somebody needs a cath he is there day and night. My parents were doctors and that constantly covering emergent care is hard on a person. He has my utmost respect for his dedication to the health of the community. On top of that, he saved my life. He was there at 6 AM when I needed him and I wasn’t even an existing patient. I meet people in the Dr Chandra saved my life club frequently.
I called FIVE times to get an appointment as a new patient. Each time I was asked to be put on a brief hold, but that exceeded 5 minutes before I hung up! If it is this difficult to get to speak to the right person, I can only imagine how difficult and frustrating it would be to follow-up on a cardiac condition. I'll go elsewhere, where they have enough professionalism to hire adequate staffing so you can get thru to your doctor.
Follow ip with this doc after my heart attack. Dr Chandra was a valuable resource and i plan to keep him for many years.
First visit with Dr. Chandra and last. Was referred to the practice by my PCP for a second opinion and Dr. Chandra had all of my medical history before he met with me. The doctor clearly had not looked at any of the testing that had been done nor any of the other medical information he had available to him even though he was holding it in his hand. He only met with me for about 10 minutes and then prescribed the wrong blood pressure medication for me. Did not know it was the wrong one until I picked it up at pharmacy . No second opinion was given and the doctor just said to return in 6 months. His assistant was a pleasure to meet and was the only good thing about the whole terrible experience.
Not a good first visit . Doctor Chandra was not prepared and was not helpful. Prescribed a blood pressure medication that I told him I could not take.
Dr. Chandra consulted on me while I was hospitalized, he is the worse! he does not listen and often answers questions with I don't know, he even prescribed medicine I can't take without consulting me while in the hospital. He even told me when I was being discharged that I had no restrictions and when I told him the hospitalist released me with restriction he just kind of shrugged his shoulders. When I met with him for follow-up he referred me to one of his partners, total of waste of my time

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
