We have been using him for years. He has always given us quality care in the past.

Dr Finney provides one of the best eye exams both my husband and I have ever received. BUT... his office staff in Fredericksburg VA is terrible. Both my husband and I have been repeatedly billed for a service that is fully covered by our insurance. I have spoken on a monthly basis (as each bill arrived) with the billing company, Clarkson Eyecare. When I received a bill in March I was connected to the local office, where I was assured the matter would be taken care of. Another bill arrived this week. I have confirmed with our vision insurance that the service is 100% covered and that the practice was paid months ago when the bill was initially submitted. The local office automatically tries to charge us for this service every time we go for our annual checkup. It is beyond incompetence that they do not check our insurance and continue to bill us for this. I finally drove to the office and have $0 balance bills in hand.

Dr Finney is hot

Dr. Finney is very professional. He is thorough when he is examining my eyes. He does ask if I have any questions and takes the time to answer them fully. I would highly recommend him for eye examinations.

My visits with Dr. Finney have been excellent. He is always professional and personally pleasant. He's a caring individual who does not rush through his appointments and explains things fully. I would trust him implicitly with my vision health.

My first visit at this office was worth it. I was recommended by a co worker and will be recommending Dr finney to everyone who is in need of an eye care visit. Kristan was very helpful with the contact lenses & Britney was helpful with picking out my new eye glasses. I am highly satisfied & will see them next year.

I've been going to Dr. Finney for longer than I can remember. If I had to guess it would be somewhere between 10 maybe 15 years. Not once have I had an experience where I thought "Maybe I should try another eye doctor." Dr. Finney is always so courteous and professional at the same time has a great sense of humor. Not only is he great for my wife and I, he is also fantastic with my children. It doesn't stop there. When Dr. Finney is done with your examination he escorts you to the outstanding staff who assist you with the rest of your visit. Kristan has been there since I started going to Dr. Finney and has always been a pleasure. Kristan is very knowledgeable and professional. Also want to mention Brittany, Jennifer and Tami who are also some of the nicest ladies that I've met at Dr. Finney's office.

I have been going to Dr. Finney for many years after being referred by a friend. Brittany and Kristan are always extremely helpful helping me with my contacts and picking out eyeglasses. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I have tried a couple different eye doctors over the years, but was never too impressed with any of them. After searching online and seeing so many positive reviews for Dr. Finney, I decided to schedule an exam. It is hard to find a doctor that is thorough and has a great bedside manner but I finally found one! The other reviews were right about the friendly staff and office manager. Definitely recommending them to friends and family.
