Pamela Mancini's Online Review Report Card

All 5 kids went to this practice 2 are still under her care. I have seen major changes in staff over the years. One thing remains steadfast is her knowledge. She may do a quick glance over of the kids however she listens and gives the diagnosis based on all factors. Good doctors are hard to find and I will miss her when she seeks retirement.

If I can put a "0" star I would. We went to this office twice in 2018. I am not gonna lie back then everything was OK, the problems came later in summer 2019 in the form of over $500 bill. When we originally went to the office we provided my daughter insurance which was regular 12 months follow-up. Second time we went for an 18 month follow-up and gave old and new insurance, receptionist said that they got everything, we saw dr and left. In summer 2019, doctor office send me a bill stating that they billed old insurance by mistake, they paid first, then took money back, and now It is my responsibility to pay for this bill. I provided new insurance information AGAIN, yet got another bill in December of 2020. After hours spent talking to doctor office billing department and insurance talking to them as well, they stated that they don't care that it took them 3-4 months to send the claim ,they wont accept any fault and it is me who did not provided cards( which i did) in the first place. Moreover insurance paid them for services about $200 ,yet the bill they want me to pay is $526 because "they said so!". So I just paid them that money, and figured out to warn others STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!!!! they are crooks and will stop at nothing to get you. I hope that helps someone. P.S. I am reasonably knowledgeable in insurances and my coverage did not lapse for a single day , yet I got in trouble for their incompetent stuff mistake.

Been taking my 3 children there for 14 years now and they always fit us in when needed in a timely manner. Love the service and care we always receive.

She was the pediatrician for both of my children. My daughter from infant to tween and my son as an infant. She is kind and gentle and the nursing staff is super friendly. It was easy taking care of shots even with my daughters fear of needles. She is definitely the baby whisperer because my son hasn’t been as cooperative with any other pediatrician as he was with her. Making appointments was never hard and if I had to miss an appointment they made it super easy to reschedule. The establishment is always clean and you’re never waiting long to be seen. The only reason she is no longer their primary care doctor is because I moved out of state. I would recommend her to any parent looking for a pediatrician.

She was my childhood pediatrician and I'm so happy that she's my children's pediatrician! She's an amazing doctor and great with children!

Doctor Mancini saw myself and my 2 sisters when we were younger and now sees both of my boys. We love everyone here and Dr. Mancini has always been great and the entire staff is very nice and great with my boys. Unless they close I will never take my children to another primary care physician.

I saw Dr.Mancini when I was a child, and now 10 years later my younger siblings are seeing her. The staff is awesome and always remembers us, and Mancini is quick and to the point.

Not very informative or personal with new parents. Always seem to be busy and rude when I call to make an appointment. They are quick to give medicine but neglect to check all possibilities first. My child was always upset when she gave him a look over because she is not very sweet or gentle with him.
