Pejman Aflaki's Online Review Report Card

I've been debating whether or not to write this review since my last visit with Dr.PEJMAN AFLAKI, MD on the 25th of October, 2022 And here is why I’ve decided to write a review. First, in my head, I constantly replay what he told me on my last visit, which makes me question his ethics. The second reason is that from what I’ve experienced is that he heard me but didn’t listen to me about what I wanted to accomplish with this surgery nor what my desires are. Moreover, he didn't explain well what the surgery would entail. I am a 63-year-old female. In March of 2022, I had 360 lipo with BBL, tummy tuck, and breast implants. At our last meeting which was after 7 months after the surgery, I told him that my bottom did not look like it had any improvement at all and showed him the picture I took. His response was I don’t have enough body fat and that I need to do squads. I naturally have a flat bottom and my age made it worse. If I could have improved the look by doing squads, I wouldn't have paid him money and gone through the pain( For information I do exercise regularly and I am a very healthy 63-year-old). Not even once did he explain to me that I didn't have enough body fat to perform BBL or what I should expect from surgery. Additionally, I told him in our first meeting that I wanted fat removed from my inner thighs and the back of my back under my shoulder blades that sticks out when I wear a bra. In these areas, there has been no improvement. This made me think he didn't even care about my wish and did not even try to harvest fat from my body as much as he could to perform BBL. Lastly, he walked out of the room after he said I need to do more squads and just wear a pant ( I said to him I am very self conscious about wearing pants) and closed the door without telling me what I needed to do next. After about ten minutes of waiting in the room, I finally open the door so that the office staff could see me. Finally, one nurse came in and asked me what I was doing. I told her he had just walked out of the room without saying what I needed to do. In a few minutes, she came back to tell me that he said I could schedule an appointment in 3 months if I had any concerns. I concluded that he dismissed me based on that conversation. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision. My overall appearance has improved, but I wish he had told me I didn't have enough body fat for BBL to improve my behind.

Dr. Aflaki is Great! He preformed my mommy makeover which consisted of my breast lift, arm lift and liposuction. Everything is healing great and looks Amazing! Thanks Dr. A!!!

I wish I could give this more stars! From the front desk staff, consultation and to the very end Dr.Aflaki and his team were and are an amazing crew ! I was recommended by my sister ! I traveled from out of state to have him do my surgery! All the way from Florida to Virginia!! They were always so amazing helping accommodate my checkup appointments. Best experience I’ve ever had. From the initial phone call to the random weekend questions after surgery. Most importantly, He listened to my wants and needs. He is a very different breed of plastic surgeon and you’ll feel this the very first time that you meet with him. He feels more like an anti-aging partner and someone that wants the best result as much as you want it. I had breast reduction and lift . I love my breasts! I am healing very well . It has been 6 weeks now . Got back to work in a week ( practicing Dentistry)! Highly recommend, anyone who’s been wanting that little confidence booster should stop here!! I have always been self conscious about the “bags” under my eyes. Especially without make up. A friend told me about Dr Aflaki and the amazing work he does! After my consultation with him, I booked my surgery. I cannot express how life changing getting those bags removed! I feel like my old self again! 100% satisfied! Dr Aflaki listened to me. His staff is friendly and very kind! They make you feel so good about yourself! Looking at my before and after photos, I’m BLOWN away! I didn’t realize how bad my bags were until seeing that before photo. Thank you Dr Aflaki for making me feel “young” again!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Aflaki. Him and his nurses were nothing but a pleasure to be around. The staff was amazing from the pre-op visits all the way to the minutes before surgery and post-op visits. I ended up having a small complication 2 weeks after my surgery, due to my body trying to figure out my implants, but they got me in that day and took great care of me. I am now 6 weeks from my surgery and everything has healed wonderfully. I would highly recommend Dr. Aflaki as I have had a great experience. I will be going back for any other cosmetic surgeries or upgrades in the future!

I went to Dr. Aflaki to get a muscle repair with a tummy tuck after major weight loss and received it on January 6. Dr. Aflaki exceeded my expectations. When he went in, he found a massive Hernia that many doctors told me that I didn’t have. I am more than happy with my results. He changed my life. I am more confident then I’ve ever been in my entire life. I will definitely be using him again for any of my surgery needs.

Dr Aflaki is a very considerate provider. Plastic surgery can be a very nerve wracking thing to consider and he helped with every part of the process. Not knowing exactly what I wanted he helped me to decide what would be best for me to achieve the goal I wanted. After my surgery he was very available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Prices are very reasonable and I am very pleased with my results!

Dr. Aflaki is great from the beginning to the end. He made me feel both comfortable and confident with my decision. He is always available to text/call with any questions or concerns starting with your first appointment to after surgery and recovery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Aflaki to anyone, I am very happy with my results.

I had a mommy make over by Dr. Aflaki in March 2021 and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He is an amazing surgeon and an even better person all around. He is genuinely kind and wants you to have exactly what you want out of your experience. If I have any other plastic surgery needs in the future I will definitely be going back to Dr. Aflaki!

I had tummy tuck with dr. Aflaki 3 months ago. I cant be happier with the result! he is one of the best plastic surgeons that I ever met! trustworthy, honest, kind, nice! if you looking for plastic surgeon in VA area, look no more! I live in Bristow and I drove an hour one way every time I needed to see him and I would do it again! if in the future I will decide to do another surgery - I will definitely trust only him!
